  1. I would yes, utilizing the favorites system to prioritize the game specifically should help as well as using Congestion Control
  2. I think it's something that will be included in DumaOS 4.0 which if all goes to plan will be seen towards the end of the year/beginning of the next
  3. You have the capability to pick between: Any (the default) allows any computer on the Internet to use this service. Single address restricts the service to a particular computer. so that should allow you to get it working for the VPN/Game servers and NAT Type Open should take care of anything else.
  4. Use a local site instead of the DNS as you may not have great routing to them
  5. Okay so setting NAT to Open in WAN Settings may work but if not, you could try Port Triggering instead, it's just like port forwarding but may work more consistently
  6. Ugh that is frustrating! Unlikely to be able to TFTP it then, it doesn't seem like we're going to be able to get port forwarding working consistently but there are other solutions - what are you needing the port forwarding for exactly?
  7. Interesting, as your account isn't banned you're likely getting an IP ban, so potentially it could be related, when you get the problem, unplug your modem from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then try
  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? How have you set it up, in modem/bridge or have the XR in its DMZ? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? So you're frequently playing on UK/USA servers?
  9. What intervals were you doing, 10%?
  10. Thanks for letting us know, I will make a ticket for this bug!
  11. Do this: while following that guide and saturating your connection with downloads/streams. Just worry about the bottom graph, when that looks as much like what it does without the saturation then those are the values you should use.
  12. There was also mentions of restoring licenses: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/games/restore-licences-playstation/ and rebuilding the database in Safe Mode: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/safe-mode-playstation/
  13. I've been having a look online, it does seem to be a common issue so here are suggestions for you. Disable the protection options in WAN Settings, then check please. "1. Log into your EA Account at EA.com 2. Go to Account Settings -> Security 3. DISABLE "Login Verification" and save changes 4. On your console, close NHL 23 and reboot the game 5. Attempt to connect to the EA servers" If your console account is linked to a deleted EA account, unlink the accounts and link my current account. Open ports for the game and give your PS a static/reserved IP on the router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN Settings on the router and on your modem if applicable.
  14. When you're using one, the other one isn't being used and you won't see it. As Cali is far away it would want to try and get you on Singapore if possible but yes if you just want to force a specific location only that should be selected with Ping Assist at 0.
  15. You can try that version but it is just a security update essentially so I wouldn't have thought it would affect that functionality at all. I've added some steps to a section of the guide, try this, everything else will be the same so follow in order and just do these additional steps and see if that allows you to successfully TFTP: Following Guide 1 - 6 (7) Turn your router off for 10 seconds. - Hold the reset button (8) Turn your router back on. - Continue to hold the reset button (9) Wait for the Power LED to light orange and start flashing. - Release the reset button (10) When the Power LED is flashing, return to the Command Prompt app and press Enter to execute the tftp command and initiate the firmware upload. Following Guide 11+
  16. It must be to do with your routing, follow this guide then show us the results you're getting please: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  17. Could be UPnP then perhaps not opening the ports required properly. If you disable UPnP, apply, enable, apply before you launch the game does it then work?
  18. Welcome to the forum! If you're having beta specific issues it's best to post directly in that topic, It's most likely due to VLAN that you're seeing that issue, do you have another router you could use to handle the VLAN instead and connect the 700 to that?
  19. You can only use one at a time so either the radius or polygon, one of the other isn't better in that it would give you a better gameplay experience. The radius is more simple in that it just allows everything within a specific radius whereas with the polygon mode you can draw multiple areas that you want to allow servers so it's more fine tuned in that regard. It's totally down to personal preference and depends on what you want to achieve.
  20. This beta is just our changes, the DHCP issue is one for NG to fix and is something we've passed on numerous times. Do you know the workaround that should prevent the issue happening?
  21. Ahh, it was probably Adblock, if you re-enable that does it get blocked again?
  22. When connected via 5GHz, open terminal and type ping 192.168.1.1 and post a screenshot of the results please
  23. Could you provide the config you're using please?
  24. Not the IP to access the interface I mean the actual local IP of your MAC, when you connect via 5GHz, is it a 192.168.1.x IP? You can check on your WiFi settings
  25. Then it's most likely peak time/ISP congestion, have you tried playing during non peak times?
