Netduma Fraser replied to endo2406's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Okay bizarre, I'll pass that on to the team to take a look at. -
Firmware 3.2 for XR500
Netduma Fraser replied to Stilts29's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Where are you seeing the packet loss etc in game or elsewhere? What is the rule you've made for it specifically? -
Je vais vérifier auprès de l'équipe et je vous répondrai. Je ne savais pas qu'il n'était pas disponible. S'agit-il de l'App Store iOS ou du Google Play Store ?

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Hoy es feriado nacional en el Reino Unido, así que Alex no está, así que no puedo verificar el estado de esto, pero le dejaré un mensaje. -
Generally better to play on servers as they have more stability. If you're seeing peers on the Geo-Filter it is possible they're servers but just misclassified as peers. Depending on the game you're playing it will only use servers.

NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Factory reset keeps the current firmware, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface -

Are you definitely on the RC14 version? It doesn't look like you've factory reset which I would recommend as it's a big change, you should then be able to access properly. -

Next time try from the top right for a reset and see if that works better. Great to hear the original issue is resolved though! -

If you reset via the button you'll need to hold it for 30 seconds, otherwise it will just reboot. On the interface was that using the 3 dots top right or in settings? -
¿Por qué está pasando esto?
Netduma Fraser replied to LeGenD's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)

Did you try the static IP route at all? -

Ah I can see how that would be a frustrating process, I'm not sure if there is much we can do to improve it but I will speak to the team about it -

You should still see devices connected to the AP on the Device Manager as though they were connected to the XR, they may appear offline but should still work with QoS -

They should be named when they connect back, best way to avoid it overall is to give them reserved IPs in LAN > DHCP -

Netduma Fraser replied to davemarsden132's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Really depends on your routing/location but I'd say that's okay, I have 2 different connections in the same location with different providers, one has 9 hops with 4ms ping avg and the other 7 hops overall with 13ms avg -
It's probably that they've ceased support for config files specifically but they may still provide them, if not easy to cancel and try another one like Nord
-
Yes you will need to do that, you will need to contact them, I think they've removed it from public view for some reason

You can delete all offline devices from the Device Manager menu icon, if they reconnect then they'll just reappear but in your scenario looks like a lot are unused
