If you sign up for Early Access here then you can get more up to date firmware but it is in alpha/beta state https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/

Creo que puede cambiar la MTU en el archivo de configuración, pero no el ancho de banda, con una VPN estará limitado a alrededor de 10Mbps - 20Mbps como máximo.

What message does the console give when you try to connect it? Is the R2 in the DMZ on the Fritz? You don't need port forwarding to be enabled if you have the console in the DMZ. Are you leaving the console in a standby/instant on state? If so that could be why and shutting it down properly when you're done using it should allow it to connect properly the next time you turn it on.

Closest servers showing unknown
Netduma Fraser replied to Irfan Afzaal's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It would just be a visual issue, likely it was unable to ascertain the correct information but it wouldn't affect you in game, Ping Heatmap just pings servers that's all. You could try forcing some other servers with a slightly higher ping, looks as though you have a few to choose from that could play better. -
This guide should help, just ignore the reference to the other router the V6 and follow those instructions for the XR and see if that gets you up and running https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Connect-3rd-party-router-to-ONT/td-p/4005958

You should just be able to connect them together, it really depends on if they require authentication, if so post back and we can advise

What do you mean by you downloaded it exactly? You'll need to obtain the OpenVPN configuration files with them and then enter that into the Advanced Setup of HybridVPN. https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn

If you can PM the entries over again and ensure you're accessible I can see if a dev is able to do it on Monday

DumaOS platform only
Netduma Fraser replied to Proud R3 Owner's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
Certainly something to consider for sure, I'll definitely pass it on, thanks for the suggestion! -

Some game servers, especially CoD don't respond to traditional pings so you may get some of the route but it will start to fail before it gets to the server -
QoS exemptions
Netduma Fraser replied to Proud R3 Owner's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
Could you expand on that? What QoS settings are applying to the AP specifically that are carrying over onto the other devices? -
DumaOS platform only
Netduma Fraser replied to Proud R3 Owner's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
It's a great idea but porting to other platforms is a massive undertaking, I can imagine making something like that would be even more work but perhaps it's something we could consider in the future! -
QoS exemptions
Netduma Fraser replied to Proud R3 Owner's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
What speeds are you getting on the devices connected to the AP then? You shouldn't really be limited at all. I think once we get 3.3 on the 700 we'll be able to get that updated so people can take advantage of it. -
It really shouldn't be long now for 3.3!

As far as I am aware it's happening all the time, it just doesn't show any activity on the graph. Yes the XR1000 is superior hardware wise to the XR500

QoS exemptions

Is the XR giving devices connected to the APs IP addresses or is the AP giving the devices IP addresses? -
