  1. Where are you testing the speeds exactly? Have you input your expected speeds into Bandwidth settings.
  2. I believe it's in the testing phase at the moment so I think the 1000 will release first then the 450
  3. Could you provide some more information about what you have tried?
  4. As above if you can grab some captures for us that will allow us to add it more easily as we don't generally test mobile games too often
  5. It's this: "Otherwise, it's likely because you deleted the device that was added to the Geo-Filter previously from the Device Manager, reconnect the device in the same way and give it the same name/device type and that should eliminate the error." but for a device you had added to Traffic Prio that you would have deleted from the Device Manager, re-add it in the above way and it should work.
  6. That's very good to know, I'll make a ticket so we can track down the source of the problem.
  7. Glad to hear you managed to solve it, do let us know if it happens again!
  8. If you specifically prioritize it does it work? If not if you have no priorities/favorites does it work?
  9. I'll check with Alex, see what he is doing. I think it might be something we're better equipped to deal with in DumaOS 4.0.
  10. It's a very unique issue I've not come across before, I'll speak to the team and see if they have any ideas.
  11. Get it working again and before you reboot it (you shouldn't need to reboot too often) disable it and we'll look into the issue
  12. That's the only settings you're changing on the entire router? It only happens when rebooting with it enabled?
  13. Quali impostazioni stai modificando tra il funzionamento e il non funzionamento?
  14. Es probable que no hayamos enviado la misma nube que estamos usando en el R2, pero haré que el equipo lo haga y, cuando eso suceda, debería informar correctamente.
  15. Okay yeah try it without the Adblocker and see if that works. If you disable QoS fully what do you get? Are you rebooting by pulling the power by any chance?
  16. Share Excess está encendido por eso seguirá funcionando
  17. Ping Heatmap pings a list of IP addresses from the game that we feed it, this means it can be out of date sometimes, whereas the Geo-Filter shows active connections. It is also possible that servers could be mislocated on one or the other, showing a higher than expected ping. They're separate features but we have plans to more closely link them together.
  18. Well done for getting it working, probably the reboots specifically that did it, thanks for documenting your steps.
  19. ¿Te funciona la priorización de tráfico cuando juegas?
  20. Okay so there shouldn't be anything blocking their connection then unless you have Adblocker on, disable that and then see. If not it may be worth checking support for the extenders specifically to see what troubleshooting they recommend. What are the actual speeds you're getting via ethernet through the 1000 to speedtest.net? When are the rules disappearing, after doing something specific?
  21. I just wanted to know if you had disabled share excess, actually better to leave it on. Don't worry about Benchmark now, it uses the Google servers which it doesn't appear you have a great connection to. Follow this guide while saturating your connection with downloads and fine tune it that way: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  22. Is this on the Early Access firmware? In DHCP Settings, set the DHCP lease time to 168 hours, apply, reboot from the interface and see if it's more stable after that. Change the time back to the normal time from the top right, that may have caused it
  23. Reset Bandwidth Allocation - have you disabled Share Excess? No percentage whatsoever changes the graph shown for Ping Under Load?
  24. Virgin don't use PPPoE so that won't be the issue here. Are the extenders receiving an IP address on the XR1000 Device Manager? Have you set your expected speeds via Bandwidth Settings? How are you doing the reservation exactly? Are you deleting any devices from the Device Manager? Disabling Armor, clearing browser cache/cookies and ensuring you're not accessing using HTTPS will speed up the interface. We haven't released any betas for it since it's launch.
  25. Should basically be exactly as the R1, connect it to the BT Hub, complete the Setup Wizard on the XR and you should get internet, have you completed the wizard?
