  1. Click the menu icon on the Network Map panel and click delete all offline devices. Then to help with the issue happening again set static/reserved IP addresses for your devices in LAN Settings.
  2. Don't worry about the benchmark results, they use different speed test servers and are not always accurate but it doesn't mean you're being limited. If you do a speedtest.net test connected to the router what do you get?
  3. It sounds like Adblocker is potentially blocking it, if you disable Adblocker on the router does that allow it to load correctly?
  6. Yes that's correct, Ping Heatmap pings a list of servers we have added and the IPs of the servers for the game changes frequently so it can become out of date. On the other hand, the Geo-Filter see's any active connections so it can be used to connect to the servers even if Ping Heatmap isn't showing it.
  7. What percentages have you tried specifically? Where are you located approximately and where is the closest game server to you?
  8. As long as all devices are connected behind the R2 (i.e. none are connected to the ISP modem/router) then QoS will work optimally. Yeah you could use FIFA or the Games Console option.
  9. Thanks for the request, if you're able to, doing this would help us get it on faster: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51270-adding-new-games-and-applications-to-dumaos/
  10. Thanks for that, Congestion Control is barely being used, I would suggest setting download/upload to 70% see how that feels and then adjust from there
  11. I think having just the one WiFi network would be best if you can achieve that, in terms of best for gaming if you're connected via ethernet to the R2 directly then it doesn't matter how you have the WiFi setup specifically. We will be testing the game although it should work already.
  12. Okay that's fine thank you, can you provide the screenshot of the QoS page please?
  13. I've asked to see if he can do it this week
  14. ¿Cuál es el ping promedio que se muestra en el Geo-Filter/en el juego? ¿Puede proporcionar una captura de pantalla de su página Geo-Filter, por favor?
  15. To the router I mean, it occurs when you deleted the device from the Device Manager when that device was added specifically to the feature. Without the device being connected to the router the feature is looking for a device that isn't there and errors. So either a factory reset or connecting the device back to the router again under the same conditions will get rid of the error.
  16. Did you do a factory reset after updating? Most likely you just needed to refine your QoS settings
  17. As you know, no ETAs shouldn't be much longer now
  18. The model please, look on the bottom of the Nokia modem, it'll be more specific
  19. Glad to hear you got it working, for console you should just leave it on Do NOT VPN these services so it applies to the entire device.
  20. Yes what is the model of that modem?
  21. That's not possible, the router has to be connected via ethernet cable to something to get internet, what is it connected to? The WAN/Internet port on the XR1000 what is it connected to?
  22. What is the device the XR1000 is connected to that allows it to get internet? You don't need to do that for QoS, if you can take a picture of the page that will tell me more. Do you have other devices connected to the internet through another router?
  23. What is the model of the modem the XR1000 is connected to? Where are your other devices connected to? Not sure I understand, the settings will still be there after a reboot
  24. Now you can go to RC14 and it will work
