  1. I think that's a good idea, that will tell us where the issue is, monitor it over a few days to be sure
  3. If you're getting packet loss on the Ping Test that indicates an ISP issue or you don't have very good routing to the Google servers which is used for that test. Do you experience packet loss anywhere else?
  4. That's for letting us know, I think it's to be expected when having to upgrade to the intermediary firmware and not being able to upgrade directly, hopefully it'll be smoother sailing from here on out.
  6. You'll need to do it with Always set otherwise it won't be reflected in the test, do it in 10% intervals as you did then when you get to a value that seems to work more than most try 5% either side of that to see if it can be further improved. What are your internet speeds?
  8. What percentage intervals did you try? Upload isn't looking much better - are you doing the tests with it set to Always? There is definitely no functional benefit for you doing that but no it shouldn't negatively impact you either.
  9. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  11. It's unlikely to be implemented as you can kind of do this by going to Settings > WAN > Network > DHCP and clicking Save Network there
  12. As it'll be plugged into an existing modem/router it's essentially showing whether it is receiving traffic from that device which indicates network status. If it's flashing then that's a good sign, if it's solid and not flashing then there could be an issue with the internet/not receiving any data from the ISP modem/router.
  13. Delete all your devices from the Geo-Filter and refresh the page, does the error return?
  14. Unfortunately that's still the way to clear it although it's getting less and less prevalent, there is a new firmware coming soon which should further reduce this occurring.
  15. We haven't specifically tested the game so it may not work until we're able to do that but check on the map for something being blocked when that happens, then add it to your allow list and see if you can connect then - you may need to do it a few times
  16. We've never announced an R3 to be in the works
  17. That will just log you out of the interface and then it will prompt you to login again so it'll still be on the screen until you close the tab like any website
  18. If you click okay can you use the Geo-Filter as normal or does it reappear when you click something or change a setting? When did it start occurring exactly, after deleting a device from the Device Manager for example?
  19. It's not available for the XR500 just for the R2 currently while we work on the feature
  20. The config gets wiped after disabling, it's something we're working on fixing
  21. The firmware is coming, I promise!
  22. If you put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the DMZ on the ISP modem/router then you won't.
  23. Yes it will work properly without it using PPPoE now and keep DHCP enabled on the R2 otherwise your devices won't connect to the router
  24. QoS enabled means DPI is enabled which means it's analyzing packets which is why the speed is taking a slight hit but if you set Congestion Control to Always/Auto-Enable at 70/70 that will reduce the bufferbloat. In regards to the Twitch test, you don't need all those options to be 100, they're a list of servers you can stream to so pick the one with the highest quality/lowest RTT and use that and you'll be good.
  25. Ignore the benchmark speed test, it uses different servers so it's not always accurate, input the speeds you get from speedtest.net. We usually recommend 70/70 as a starting point and tweaking from there if needed/you feel you can get a better experience. You can reset Bandwidth Allocation, you don't need to adjust that.
