  1. That could be why, you do not need to unplug the power, just pushing the button, waiting 10 seconds and pushing it again will do. Do that and then wait a few minutes once it turns on and see you can access and whether rebooting in this way allows you to keep access.
  2. Not at the moment, I'm pushing Alex to do a lot of cloud stuff at the moment so think he is a bit swamped in that regard! I will remind him again though.
  3. Generally down, though some people have good results with higher values
  4. How are you restarting the router exactly? By pulling the power, pressing the power button or via the interface?
  5. So you're getting the issue now with it completely disabled before a reboot as well? We have reproduced the issue happening when enabled and rebooting.
  6. Experiment with your Congestion Control percentages and you should be able to reduce those figures significantly
  7. No worries, let us know how you get on when you use it again
  8. Thanks for letting us know, I'll get Alex to do this asap
  9. No ETA but it is something we're working on
  10. Nothing yet, I will check in with them
  11. Yes please that would be really helpful, keep us posted!
  12. @AZX To my knowledge we have never tested the QoS offerings on Windows and their effect. I'm not sure it would be worth it to be honest, QoS on the router works on the network level for all of your devices, whereas the Windows QoS of course only works for that singular device, as long as QoS is optimized for the entire network for us that is the main thing. It may be worth it for people to experiment with but as long as QoS on the router is enabled bufferbloat won't occur.
  13. It's most likely due to PPPoE, do you have another router you could use to handle PPPoE instead of the R2 then test the speeds you get?
  14. What is your physical setup e.g. ISP modem/router > R2? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Where are you testing speeds on Connection Benchmark or a 3rd party site? Have you entered your expected speeds in Bandwidth settings?
  15. You wouldn't be able to manually ping the IP even if you had it as they don't respond to traditional pings
  16. Did you disable SmartQoS by any chance as we do know of a bug where doing so does prevent access. If you access the Smart QoS interface then re-enable it you should regain access, does that work? If so does that then allow the other devices to get internet again?
  17. Check the first post of this topic
  18. Pretty much every CoD game has used the same server locations for as long as we can remember so yes you can ping MW2 and the servers should be in the same place for MW19. If not do let us know!
  19. ¿Podría volver a tomar el registro cuando se desconecte, por favor? ¿Dónde estás midiendo la pérdida de paquetes?
  20. It's misclassified as a peer, you can still add it to the allow list if you like
  21. No there are no options for that specifically, I believe they removed that some time ago from the XR range
  22. Okay that'll be due to PPPoE then, it's something we're working on fixing at the moment
  23. Si tiene todos los dispositivos agregados allí, deshabilite el servidor DHCP por completo, aplique, reinicie desde la interfaz y vea si eso lo soluciona, por favor
  24. Do keep us updated, hopefully it will just be that and all good at the new place.
  25. You can also use some of the other features on the mobile view but yes you could do that. I'd generally recommend the latest which is .615
