If you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control icon do you still get the Apex issue? For the loading issue change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 on the Internet Setup page and see if that resolves it.

That's brilliant to hear! Do NOT VPN these services means it will apply to the entire device except for any rules you add. Only VPN these services means it will only apply to the specific rules you've made. In your example: MyRig - The VPN is applying to ports 443 (TCP) & 3074 (UDP), all other ports your device may use will use your normal connection. PS5 - The VPN is applying to all ports except 443 (TCP) & 3074 (UDP) which will use your normal connection. PS3 - Same as PS5 XBOXSX - Same as PS5 If your intention is to get servers there then yes I would recommend using the Geo-Filter as normal and moving the location to LA.

The logs are primarily for the developers and as such they can show entries that appear to be issues but aren't necessarily. Are you having any issues that coincide with this entry? -

So on that it was an issue with factory resetting/accessing the interface I believe which obviously is important to resolve, other than that it was fine so once that's fixed it should be resolved. The meeting was today which I wasn't free to attend so I'll get a summary tomorrow and can then pass on any relevant info.

Interesting, delete the device from the Geo-Filter then reboot the router wait 2 minutes then access again and see if it works without error please.

So there was an issue on the latest internal build that I can see so the team will fix that and it will go through testing again and depending on the results of that will determine what happens.

It's probably something they've changed on the game, we'll likely need to re-test it for compatibility so I'll pass that onto the team to do. It's doesn't really work like that unfortunately.

After the R2 updated or the game updated? As I know there was a game update at some point maybe a year or two ago where people were then having trouble but we didn't have lots of people mentioning it so it could be that.

Did you change any settings specifically yesterday or update/reboot anything like that? Does a normal reboot clear it?

Well done for getting it sorted, sometimes tech can be a bit weird and just have a blip, if it happens again do let us know -
It'll bring it more up to speed with the other platforms and will also make use of DPI cloud updates using our new Auto DPI so will have better support for existing games and faster support for any new games and should be more polished overall, I believe it will have HybridVPN as well.
