  1. What do you have upload Congestion Control set to? There isn't a specific percentage it should be set to, we recommend starting at 70% and then working from there to see which value works the best
  2. Potentially but circumventing SBMM isn't something we can help with
  3. You would have to setup the VPN each time you wanted to change location. Just so you know we don't support circumventing SBMM but I'm sure other people will chip in.
  4. No the other way around would be better, use Congestion Control, don't use Bandwidth Allocation. Utilize Traffic Prioritization as well - DumaOS Classified Games should be prioritizing already.
  5. What do you mean a single network? You connect the R2 to your ISP modem/router then put your ISP modem in modem/bridge mode or copy the R2 WAN IP from the R2 System Information page into the ISP modem DMZ. Connect all devices to the R2 and you're good to go.
  6. The benefit of Connection Benchmark over 3rd party tests is it actually runs from the router rather than just from the device and can accurately simulate a congested network. I'm sure we could assuming they had an API but they may charge and I don't think the team would want to put resources into adding 3rd party software into our own, especially when we have a version of it already.
  7. We don't give out any ETAs but I think before the end of the year
  8. That's what Connection Benchmark is for, with Ping Under Load
  9. Yes from Netgear. There have been instances of similar issues yes, I'd suggest waiting until you see our next firmware update and then decide from there.
  10. Ah great to hear that. You need to change to Do NOT VPN these services and remove the CoD service you added
  11. It is a solid router definitely but does lack when it comes to the frequency of the updates
  12. Could you provide the VPN log it's giving you and the configuration file you're using please?
  13. The only reason a VPN would have worked I would have thought is if you have a ban which you can't have if it's working direct to the modem. I'll have to ask someone else and see if they have any ideas.
  14. If you set the XR to AP mode (only if you have a modem/router that can provide WiFi) and try again does it still occur?
  15. Você consegue desconexões sem o Geo-Filter? Você poderia fornecer uma captura de tela da página Geo-Filter, por favor?
  16. Could you make a new topic please and we can continue there? In the meantime, unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if that works please. Let us know in the new topic.
  17. It really doesn't make much sense, there should be nothing blocking it at all. Does it prevent you connecting on both WiFi and ethernet?
  18. Brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update!
  19. Reboot the router, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then try accessing and it should load correctly
  20. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  21. If it's setup on the Internet Setup page I don't think it needs to be entered on IPv6 as well. Did you do a restart after the DMZ?
  22. It would help but you're still then restricting servers within that region so still have the chance to be kicked. As far as I am aware it's just Fortnite that does matchmaking like this.
  23. Try accessing with the IP address as well, 192.168.77.1 with a device connected via ethernet or another device please
  24. Yeah I think it does work different, I don't think there is a 'host' necessarily when you join up together, it doesn't seem to care about splitting the party, had that quite a few times without the Geo-Filter
  25. It would be best to use the DMZ method having the other router handling it as QoS won't work fully with PPPoE (something we're working on). However, so if you do enter PPPoE details the option 61 option disappears? If so Netgear must have only included it for DHCP so you would have to use the other router for that purpose.
