  1. Good advice above, reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the XR, wait 2 minutes, does everything connect properly after that?
  2. It's unlikely that version would specifically make a difference to you but if that works great! They'll be a new version for the 1000 to bring it up to speed with the other routers soon.
  3. Due to the way the matchmaking works it's better to disable the filter, search for a game, see where it has placed you then quit to the lobby and search again if it isn't one you want. Otherwise it'll take much longer for the game to kick you back to lobby with the Geo enabled.
  4. Well done on figuring that out @FuzyI will make a ticket!
  5. Yes it is coming, it shouldn't be too much longer.
  6. That's what we have been doing, that's why there are currently beta versions for the R2, XR500 & XR700. The XR1000 will follow shortly once we've determined it's stable enough for testers to use.
  7. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  9. You'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then we can give you access so you can see if that resolves your issue
  10. You should do it so you're directly connected to the modem/ONT so that would get rid of hop 1, just double check but yes it does seem like you have a CG-NAT, I've also never seen a timeout pinging your own public IP. To solve a CG-NAT you'll either need to obtain a static public IP from your ISP (they usually charge for this) or swap to an ISP that doesn't use CG-NAT.
  11. Pourriez-vous désactiver Adblocker et voir si cela permet à tout de se charger s'il vous plaît ?
  12. Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 10 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 2 minutes, then try accessing please and see if you can go through the setup wizard.
  13. It wouldn't be one person congestion you but rather a lot of people in your area. You wouldn't be sharing an IP with someone but you may be getting new IPs, it depends if you have dynamic or static. You can try changing DNS but I don't think that would be the issue. Check the bottom of this guide to do a test for CG-NAT, potentially that might be affecting you negatively - it does make it impossible to get an Open NAT - is that something you've struggled with? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  14. You can check your version on the System Information page or on the firmware update page in Settings, you can also have a look at the top right of the interface. I can do that, thanks for the reminder!
  15. Drop and just do the test, though you could play a round if that's what you're more concerned with, they may be getting lag compensated
  16. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  17. Could you provide some pictures of how you set it up? Also a picture of a completed Connection Benchmark could be helpful
  18. Did you have access to the router when the disconnect happened? If so if you can grab the log from the Sys Info page when it happens that may give us some ideas. Some people who are having the issue have changed the DHCP lease time to 10 minutes, while this seems counter intuitive it seems to have worked for them. It is something we're looking into overall though.
  19. Here is the current list of what it covers, it will cover more in the future:
  20. Keep us posted! It is something we have let them know multiple times, there is not much else we can do from our end so hopefully!
  21. Use that link above to go intermediary then go to the firmware I linked at the bottom of the first post, then when you know that works go to the latest
  22. A factory reset should resolve it, it would be a good idea anyway as it's a few iterations ahead of the firmware you were on
  23. We need to update the basic configs so for the moment you'll need to use the manual configs
  24. You may need to clear your browser cache/cookies, did you do the intermediary firmware first?
  25. You could upgrade it directly, no need to TFTP
