  1. You have to live in Australia and take out an internet package with Telstra and then you can add it on
  2. The PS5 and the device playing Fortnite, when you turn them off are they in an instant on/standby mode at all? If so fully shut them down and see if it works the next time
  3. It is an Internet Service Provider in Australia, you can addon Internet Optimiser (a form of DumaOS) as part of your monthly internet subscription and it's accessible on their modem
  4. Normal for ethernet, you can set apply to WAN as well, if your ISP supports it then it may provide a benefit
  5. Yes & not port 1 just port 443 source & destination for the same PC
  6. If you've disabled it recently, went to the site and then re-enabled it then it can cache and still show the ads. Check in an incognito window and see if it blocks, if it does you'll need to clear cache/cookies in your browser. Otherwise, add the page you're trying to block and check it manually then. Will let the team know the game needs updating via DPI. If you select Games Console as the service it will prioritize it in the meantime.
  7. Don't do every port because that could actually make it worse, it also bypasses Congestion Control completely. Do it with the 2 rules I mentioned and Congestion Control set to Auto Remove the rules completely and set Congestion Control to Always See if it works better one of these ways
  8. Okay that does sound like we've done it then, someone else is having the same issue so I think it probably is that. I'll pass this ID over to help getting it resolved.
  9. Stops working in what sense, stops prioritizing the specific game you're playing? Does it work for some games and not others? Hard to say at the moment.
  10. No working for all devices, specific pages etc? As in DumaOS Classified Games isn't activating when playing or after having added it manually?
  11. Is this with split bands so you connect to each manually? If you merge the bands back together and do a download or stream does it switch to 5GHz automatically?
  12. You can't determine their router is bricked just from the information provided. I'll be happy to continue helping you in your own topic, if you can reply there then we can go from there.
  13. What do you mean by not working exactly? Can you provide more information?
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? How is the PS5 connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  15. Please re-create the issue and then grab the logs as soon as it happens and we can take a look. Does it happen wherever you download or on a specific site? Does it happen with any device downloading? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  16. So presumably you have split the bands so you can connect to each individually is that right? Do you notice any pattern to when it stops working? Please grab the log from the interface when it happens again and we can take a look
  17. It's an authentication server required for online play. You don't have to do that but I would recommend it - it does get address but the CoD service can get outdated quickly so I suggest this most of the time so it doesn't cause people an issue again, also means you don't have to add your device and select different games when playing, the console service will cover it all.
  18. By that do you mean streaming is working to both with no packet loss? Add the device with the Games Console service to Traffic Prioritization and also add another rule for port 443 for the device, remove any other rules you've made. If it's not being prioritized then Congestion Control also isn't being activated with it set to Auto so you can set that to Always and check again or make the rules to get it prioritizing so Congestion Control kicks in when streaming.
  19. It would be on the global whitelist, not on your side, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look
  20. Does it always seem to be in Oklahoma? We have seen a lot there that may be incorrectly whitelisted
  21. That could be it potentially, hard to tell really without another router to confirm
  22. It may be the Geo-Filter and that you need to allow them all, try with it disabled and check if it works better then, if so then add them to your allow list (setup a party, invite one by one, they should appear on the map, click > allow) and it should work without issue when enabled. No worries!
  23. That's H.264 then I believe, in which case set the bitrate to 20000 then please and see how you go with that. This could be more of a fine tuning of the streaming settings rather than a router issue. Lots of data being sent and received but is it showing the red light to indicate the prioritization is active?
  24. That's awesome to hear, thanks for sharing your positive experience! The cloud is ready on our end, we're waiting for the all clear from EE before it can be deployed. As you can imagine with the customer base that they have they are cautious about putting out updates which is understandable so I don't have an ETA for you unfortunately, it shouldn't be a really long time away though.
