  1. Take the Vhub out of modem mode and put the R2 WAN IP from the System Information page in its DMZ instead please then try again. Also how are you disabling QoS exactly? It should be done from the Congestion Control menu
  2. That's normal for the moment, I think we'll be removing that entirely as it doesn't really do much other than change the radius size
  3. Yes exactly that
  4. They do work together, what about the Geo-Filter isn't working exactly?
  5. Set NAT to Open in WAN Settings, this relaxes the firewall, see if that helps at all. The IGMP Proxy and SIP ALG options as well, try toggling those.
  6. Desactive QoS completamente desde el menú Control de congestión y vuelva a intentarlo.
  7. Remove your PC from the Geo-Filter if it's already added then give your PC the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (Go to the Device Manager, click on your PC, in the panel that appears click the device type drop down and select PlayStation). Go back to the Geo-Filter, add your PC, then select the manual option when it asks you if you want to choose the recommended or manual option.
  8. No worries, currently it's only available on the R2 while we finish working on the feature
  9. Yeah it's plenty, games barely using any bandwidth
  10. We don't conduct that kind of support, if you follow the tour and the optimal settings guides along with what I advised that'll get you ready to go.
  11. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing. If you have the interface tab open close it before doing it, then see if it works after that.
  12. Ah great! They'll probably try and shift you towards the higher speed/higher price plan but you never know, don't ask don't get! Yeah it'll work, just connect it up to the new router and you'll be good to go.
  13. I'm saying it's still planned on our end but with what I've mentioned it may not go ahead, there is still some hope. What platform are you playing on specifically? Could you grab the log from the System Information page when you get the disconnect please?
  14. Okay good, while connected to the R2 via a Windows PC with ethernet, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  15. If you click the ? at the top of the Geo-Filter page you can launch the Geo-Filter tour which will help. You can also find our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  16. I think that is very unlikely to happen, ISPs are generally quite rigid and just provide the plans they advertise. It also depends on your line and whether it's even capable of 80Mbps.
  17. I can't see how they would be incompatible with Starlink, can you access the starlink router to assign a static/reserved IP for the R2 and put it in the DMZ? If so then after that, In LAN > DHCP Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  18. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  19. If you do the above you can filter the game as I mentioned if it's compatible. Adding your PC with the Games Console service to Traffic Prioritization will also allow the game to be prioritized. Having the name shown on the router doesn't necessarily mean you would get any better performance than what I've advised you to do. It will work if you do what I've mentioned.
  20. Let's continue in your other topic, no need to post in multiple places.
  21. It's definitely important but less so than download which is why it's rare to see an ISP provide the same upload speed as the download. 50 Mbps is plenty for whatever you may want to do.
  23. Great advice above, sounds like you would benefit greatly from the QoS aspect specifically. Wireless internet can be unstable at times as it is, so doing what you can on your end would make a big difference
  24. Do you have an R2? In the sign up form you said you don't have an R2.
  25. It's very hard to make out, can you make two separate screenshots please?
