In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to the Xbox with a number between .2 & .49, apply. Unplug your modem for 10 minutes if you can, plug in, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if it then works please.

They basically never change the server locations for the game so the same locations will apply for that game as well.

That would be in Settings > Advanced Settings

DumaOS Mobile App Release: 1.2.2
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Liam's topic in News & Announcements
I think you're using safari is that correct? If so the browser forces HTTPS which may be why, try using another browser and see if you can get access please -
Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ After you go through the Setup after the upgrade do a factory reset as it is a big change. QoS can be found here: http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#smartqos on the new firmware

Ah brilliant to hear that, thanks for the update!

DumaOS Mobile App Release: 1.2.2
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Liam's topic in News & Announcements
You can ignore that, it's because it's connecting using HTTP instead of HTTPS but as it's a local device that no one can access it from the internet with its safe -
Have you definitely disabled QoS fully from the menu? As I can't see anything else in the log that could be affecting it. Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and we'll get you on that to see if that resolves it.

Should be in Internet Setup, if you provide a screenshot of the pages where it seems like something is missing I can let you know. No you won't lose any functionality, you'll still be using the XR for everything.
-
There was/is an option for 60 but I'm not sure about 61, I don't have one to check at the moment. It would be in the same place, do you see it? You would put the XR WAN IP in the ISP modem/router DMZ and that would eliminate the double NAT.

It'll be covered by the EA Sports option

DumaOS Mobile App Release: 1.2.2
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Liam's topic in News & Announcements
The app isn't available currently on the Play store if that's what you're referring to, we're fixing that currently -
I responded to you on Instagram but we can continue here: Hello, sorry to hear you're having this issue. Clear your browser cache/cookies then try again please, do you have a browser based Adblocker that could be blocking it?

Yeah that's true, very interesting, sounds like they definitely do compensate for less stable connections. Well done on getting it figured out!

DumaOS is not running!
Netduma Fraser replied to yerisox's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm or 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm and reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then check again please -
Could you download the log from the icon on the log panel please after you have reproduced the error and attach it here please?
-
Maybe you're getting some kind of lag compensation for the slightly higher ping or the less stability you have the more it helps you
-
I don't believe so, you would need to have the ISP modem/router handle that instead with the 700 connected to it.

The whole console should be behind the VPN, that's how we've designed it, you're only gaming at the time so nothing else needs to go through. However, based on what you've said it means you don't have the correct ports added that changes the location. You're missing ports basically, just because you're connecting to a site with HTTPS doesn't mean that is the port they use to determine your IP address. Do NOT VPN these services = the ports/applications/services you add will not be behind the VPN, everything else on the device will be behind the VPN. Only VPN these services = the opposite, only what you add will be behind the VPN

Could you resync the cloud from the Device Manager and Geo-Filter please then try again and also provide a screenshot of your System Information page please?
-
Without the VPN enabled could you do a Connection Benchmark test and post a screenshot of the results please? Also do a Ping Heatmap ping of the game and provide a screenshot of the results please.
