  1. Using a VPN you're not going to get a good connection and you're going to run into NAT issues etc - do you get the issue with the VPN disabled? If not then that'll be the issue.
  2. What is the service you've added the device with?
  3. Check the file on your PC, the PC may have changed the file extension if it's trying to open it with a program
  4. We don't have any specific recommendations, whatever you pick won't get you those full speeds so it depends if you want to focus more on hardware or software
  5. Make sure the router software is up to date, check the app store to see if there is an update for the app and make sure you're connected to the router WiFi, it won't work otherwise.
  6. You have to click the circle to select the rule. Are you leaving the consoles in an instant on/standby state by any chance? As that would make a lot of sense why the network test makes it then connect.
  7. This shouldn't be happening unless you are adjusting the Geo-Filter while on the game such as disabling/re-enabling, expanding the radius, moving location etc, does that sound applicable? Otherwise please provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please.
  8. Exactly as above, by default it is admin / password if you didn't change it in the Setup Wizard.
  9. That's most likely the Adblocker you have running on the web browser - you can see it has a 1 on it indicating it is blocking something on the page, disable that, refresh the page and it should work

  12. I know you said you disabled Adblocker but if you look at the Adblocker page with QoS enabled and go to Twitch or Netflix, does it still show something blocked indicating it's not disabled correctly?
  13. If it's a QoS issue resetting won't help, reboot the router, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and it should load. I'll pass it on to the team.

  17. There is the XR700 that allows you to go higher with SFP but QoS would still only cover 1Gps. The router isn't manufactured anymore though so it would have to be second hand and with that means support for updates would end sooner rather than later.
  18. Clear your browser cache/cookies and reload and you should get through. Skip all that, it's probably because you don't have internet at that time, in which case once you complete the wizard you can reboot and get it.
  19. You need to click the reservation before deleting it, then it will work. Forget the WiFi on the console, reboot it, then try again with the password set after reset and see if it connects please.
  20. Sounds like a potential power issue, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  21. What part are you selecting your location for exactly? I don't recall there being anything like that in the wizard, could you provide a screenshot of that and that last error please?

  23. Are you using Armor? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled? Make sure you're accessing using HTTP - your browser may be forcing HTTPS which could cause the issue
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! The IP of the XR1000 is the same as the modem that's why you can't access and it is redirecting you. The XR will have changed to 10.0.0.1 to prevent a conflict, alternatively you can use routerlogin.net to access.
  25. What page are you seeing this error one? If you reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access again does the error disappear?
