You can upgrade from the interface if you haven't done so already and it'll show you the change log. Other than that I've sent you .23 which has some Geo-Filter improvements.

Add it to the Geo-Filter then reboot your device and then launch the game, can you see icons on the map after that?

Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.

Might be because it's a close IP to it that it thinks there is the potential for a conflict. Use routerlogin.net to login and you won't have the trouble of not knowing which is used

On the developer console, go to the network tab, click to disable cache, click and hold the refresh button on the browser until empty cache and hard reload appears and click that, does it load correctly? Are you using Armor?

Not getting you a game at all or getting a game outside your parameters or something else?

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. That should help traffic flow properly. Add the console to the Geo-Filter, then reboot the console and see if it appears active when you're playing.

It could also be IPv6, if you disable it in LAN/WAN it may help as well. The team will be on it!

It may be cache/cookies causing that issue then, if you clear that does it work?

Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

It would be great if you could check, then we know what we're dealing with and if you do have access if you could get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting that would be really helpful. There should be firmware this coming week, don't know about VPN as I'm sure the team will want to focus on the bug fixes first.

Great to hear that! We'll be making improvements to it but assuming it is working correctly then it's advising what is best at that time, certain factors like time of day, ISP congestion etc could impact it. So if you're doing it at a quiet time of the day it could give a more conservative result.

Great thanks for the IDs, will pass those on. Different variants of the dashboard is a great idea, I will add that to the list. So you'd like to see all that information at a glance basically instead of having to click on devices specifically?

A reboot would fix most issues, a factory reset should be done if persistent settings changes aren't resulting in expected behavior and a reboot isn't helping
