  1. They may show inactive (we'll be looking into it) but they should still be working, do you get an Open NAT?
  2. Glad you were able to get your issue resolved, thanks for posting the solution!
  3. Does the Xbox disconnect from the internet if you turn it off properly then turn it on - i.e. does it have an issue reconnecting?
  4. The Geo-Filter stops filtering in what sense and how does the interface become clunky, slow to navigate? What web browse/device are you using?
  5. Just to clarify a tab that stays open, are you saying you leave the interface open all day or just a general tab?
  6. Great to hear that, thanks for posting your solution!
  7. Exactly as Fuzy mentioned, we wouldn't provide support that would allow you to do so either
  8. Good advice above, you can find that firmware here: https://kb.netgear.com/000065541/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-68
  10. I take it you're using a pure modem that the R3 is connected to?
  11. Da Sie über ein Open NAT verfügen, müssen Sie die oben genannten Schritte nicht ausführen
  12. Email [email protected] please with your order number and we can continue there
  13. I've sent you a link via PM, try that file instead Usually the answer would be staged rollout, say for example a firmware was made and pushed to all routers but it broke every single one beyond repair that is a company breaking problem. You roll it out in stages instead, 5% does anyone have any router breaking issues? No? Increase the percentage of customers it is available to, rinse and repeat until everyone has it. In this case it was more due to the holidays, and firmware was being made literally on the teams last day working so better to be safe than sorry and provide firmware manually for the very latest.
  14. No worries, the team will look to get it supported when they're back from the holidays
  15. Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for posting an update!
  16. I know you meant well and I do appreciate it but please don't provide the link publicly, there is a reason it hasn't been pushed to everyone
  17. You're welcome, Merry Xmas! It's most likely the Private/Random MAC address option on the iPhones for the WiFi, if you disable that it should work correctly. Should be showing dumaos but that's a good shout thank you, I'll pass that onto the team.
  18. Ah okay, that has been requested before so will make sure it's on the list for potential future inclusion.
  19. The custom taxes for Turkish customers is a bit ridiculous, we've had people who have had to return just due to the amount of taxes charged with is often double the price of the router itself!
  20. Instead of rebooting the router when it happens again, could you disconnect the PC from the WiFi/ethernet, however it's connected, wait 10 seconds or so then reconnect it and see whether you can access please?
  21. I've sent you a firmware, please see if that helps at all. Otherwise, are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time? Do you notice it happening at any specific times/notice any patterns with traffic, general usage etc?
  22. As in the Asus is giving your PC 650 over WiFi? Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  23. That is a major security risk, I would not advise you do that at all. Your PC/network is basically open to the internet If you connect the PC direct to the V Hub do you get an Open NAT?
  24. Have you accessed the interface by going to http://dumaos or http://192.168.77.1 in your web browser while connected to the R3 or while connected to the R3 on a mobile device opened the DumaOS app available from the app store? If not you will need to do that to complete the Setup Wizard before you're able to get internet.
  25. Is the first issue causing you any instability in the game itself? What version of Windows are you using, 11? If 11 do you have a Windows 10 device you could try with? Seems like gaming is being recorded so just a visual issue on the dashboard which is good, a reboot should resolve that.
