  1. Likely some time in the New Year, it's still very fluid at the moment so I suspect once the team tackle the issues there will be more time to get some guides together
  2. This has been reported so the team will be looking into it in the new year, thanks for the report though!
  3. Can you see servers on the Geo-Filter though? What firmware are you on currently?
  4. Okay let us know how you get on!
  5. Ahh I see, i think it just takes a little longer than you were giving it to apply
  6. There must be another server on the map when zoomed out or it can't actually be connecting you and you're actually playing, doesn't make any sense otherwise. If you disable the Geo-Filter I assume it just gets you one of the servers you don't want but appears as allowed?
  7. If you disable SmartBOOST fully from the > Settings do you still get the issue?
  8. I'm not using mine and can't find it but I'm 99.9% sure it's not shielded
  9. What firmware version are you on currently?
  10. Could be that lag compensation is working against you, if you force a server further away or throttle your speed severely do you notice a difference?
  11. How is it not applying exactly?
  12. Si le trafic n'est pas actif à ce moment-là, même si l'appareil est connecté, il n'apparaîtra pas en ligne. Dès qu'il utilise du trafic, il apparaîtra en ligne.
  13. Are you referring to the option on the XR series in WAN Settings where you can set it to Secured or Open? If so no, that's a Netgear feature though I have requested for us to do something similar. UPnP should open the devices for you, otherwise you may need to use port forwarding.
  14. That's great to hear! Yes the ideal setup would be to disable the WiFi on the hub. Also copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page and enter that into the DMZ on the Hub - that will ensure you don't have any NAT issues.
  15. Okay thank you, sounds like it might be the cause, I will pass this on to the team to look at as soon as they're back from the holidays
  16. I'm pretty sure it's just a standard Cat 6 cable - it does have details on the cable itself
  17. Actually take the Hub out of bridge mode, then as you won't need PPPoE in the setup the reboot should be sufficient to get you internet and allow you to complete the wizard
  18. Sorry for the delay, had a lot of topics to reply to over the holidays. In the Xbox Network Settings make sure it is using port 3074 and shutdown the router fully - not in the instant on/standby state. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that up - with the R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode?
  19. That shouldn't have caused a problem. As there has been a few updates and you've just done another, do a factory reset from the back, hold for 30 seconds, release, close the browser tab, wait 4 minutes then access and see if you get the problem again please
  20. Are you using HybridVPN by any chance?
  21. With the way you have it setup now, reboot the R3, wait a few minutes then access and you should be able to get internet
  22. Ah that could be a possibility - it shouldn't be an issue but could be a bug
  23. There is the possibility it was faulty from the factory - unlikely but worth trying with another just to be sure
  24. Great to hear that! No you shouldn't need to do that anymore. I've sent you a PM with firmware that should improve the Geo-Filter, let us know if that helps at all.
  25. Are you completely zoomed out on the map? What are your Geo-Filter settings, can you provide a screenshot?
