Okay so it's working, just not finding the best possible values for you. Did it do better on a previous version or is it the same? I cannot assume that a feature isn't working is an inherent issue with the router, I have to investigate. Lets say for example I did that, I say to the team it's not working, the first thing they'll do is hit me with all the questions I'm asking users, I won't have the answers and I'll have to come back. Let's say they just accept my "it's not working" remark, they spend hours and hours worth of time and money trying to identify an issue they can't reproduce as it turns out it is a user side issue. That doesn't help anyone and certainly not the people reporting issues as that time could be better spent fixing issues that can be reproduced. Also, Ping Optimizer is not listed in the change log as having been fixed, it may work but as mentioned in the first post any issues that have been reported such as this will still be worked on. Resync the cloud please on Ping Heatmap and the Geo-Filter and see if it works please

Let us know how you get on with the new modem. Do you play any other games at all so you could compare your experience? I will get the team to have a look but may be hard to identify the cause based on the info

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Click the rocket ship bottom left of the page What do you mean it can only get down to 65/28? SB has to be enabled for it to work yes. We're still working on boosting speeds with PPPoE if possible. Okay makes sense, we haven't changed anything in that regard so will look at it for future versions.

The ports on the router are limited to 1Gbps and if you were to make the most of those speeds then currently you'd need to have the R3 in the DMZ on the ISP modem/router

Is your ISP modem/router seeing the R3 as a connected device? What is the physical setup exactly?

So nothing on Internet Activity? Just seems to be an inherent instability? I can certainly get the team to take a look at it

Is the PS5 connected via ethernet? It should be added with the Games Console service rather than CoD. Do you have apply to WAN on for the rule also? Did you disable DumaOS Classified Games? The console should be added with the Games Console service for the Geo-Filter also - sounds like you changed it to a PC in Device Manager to allow you to do that so would suggest changing it back. Ping Assist could allow you to get higher ping servers so I'd suggest using just the radius with PA set to 0. You can't specify servers within a cluster but if it doesn't play well add it to your denied list.

It could indicate you're getting packet loss, have you seen any indications of that?

Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced

It's up to you, there is no changes to IPv6 included Glad to hear you're having a good experience so far, a reset may help with the speeds and PO working. If the change log doesn't mention it then it's not included. Max I've seen is around 600Mbps. Thank you, appreciate that! Ping Optimizer was not mentioned in the change log, as before it can work but may not always work but try disabling the protection options in Settings and see if that helps at all.

Just for consistency, you could set it as an Xbox instead if you prefer

Are you setting up the Geo-Filter to try to force those server before you launch the game?

Some servers like the Italian one are really hard to force as they don't seem to be always available so it would be best to cover a few servers so you allow the game more options

Okay I think that's related to an issue we are aware of, the firmware today may potentially help with it but if not we'll likely get it sorted for the next one.

An update was done yesterday so could you resync and see if it's still an issue?

Okay port forward on the modem then all ports to the R3 and you should be good

You don't have Geo-Latency, that's on DumaOS 4. You've put your location in the ocean and don't have Ping Assist enabled so you're not allowing any servers to get through
