Petit bug sur le gestionnaire de périphériques
Netduma Fraser replied to Nyja's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
No the 500, the 1000 version will be available soon -
We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team will work on when they're back from the holidays. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. Best to change manually for the moment. That sounds good just adjust the R3 as you want to now.

I mean if you just click on the icon on the map to ping it instead. Actually though, the ID will be shown if you click on the ping graph or it'll show in the URL bar, if you provide that I can check the location
-
Thanks for letting us know your experience, the team will be improving the WiFi
-
Manually ping the server instead of allowing it to auto ping, do you get the same result? It could be the server is mislocated on the map
-
It might be fine but it's not good practice, likely why we've prevented it

You'll have to guess with the ping you're seeing in game -
Duma OS wouldn't open, reboot R3 to fix problems.

Could be power, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with? -
Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 30 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 4 minutes, then see if it works
-
I've sent you the .23 firmware via PM which should help. You can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting. Once complete I'd suggest doing a factory reset, see if it is any better then please.

You shouldn't be able to really as it could cause conflicts

That would be great thank you!

Ah okay so if you shut down the router fully it then works as normal?

DumaOS is not running! XR450
Netduma Fraser replied to raze42's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
The not secure isn't an error, it's because you're connecting to the interface via HTTP not HTTPS which is fine as the interface isn't accessible from the internet. You shouldn't need to TFTP but a reboot, close the tab, wait 4 minutes and it should load -
Your base ping is dependent on the server you're testing for that, depending on your routing to that server it could be higher/lower than expected. I mean I wouldn't have expected that low a ping at all but how does it play? Does it play like that is the ping you have?

On the WiFi page, if you switch to 5GHz, does it show Online (Broadcasting) ?
-
For a pure modem you can only have one router/device connected to it - basically a pure modem doesn't have the capability to determine where traffic will go, that's why a router is used
-
Interesting okay, thanks for that, I'll keep it in mind and pass it along to the team in case it has any significance!
-
Yes the team will make fixes and put out firmware when ready but it is working so that's the main thing!
-
That's because you're telling the router to pass ALL traffic through to that Xbox and then giving it conflicting instructions to do something else. You'll have to go with port forwarding or DMZ, can't do both.
