As you didn't make a new topic I've made one for you, please keep responses in this topic now. I've given you Early Access, you can find the firmware here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ Please upgrade to it, wait for it to be completed fully (wait 5 minutes after you upload the firmware) then factory reset the router and monitor to see if you get the same issue.

It changes to a different URL which may be why, use http://dumaos instead and see if that works -
Issues with Netduma R2 since April 2025
Netduma Fraser replied to adro's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Please follow my steps from above and provide answers to all the questions asked -
It has to be a realistic ping based on what you're likely to get. Doesn't affect players just the server/host of the game. It is possible to get higher than the ping when using the feature. Anything in your radius can still be allowed and be above that ping, it only applies to games outside the radius.

Thank you, I'll have to check with the team if it's applying to DumaOS 3.3 correctly -
Issue with geofilter for Warzone on PS5
Netduma Fraser replied to uunf8z3d's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You've created a tunnel between you and the VPN server so the Geo-Filter will have a hard time with determining the traffic that's why I suspect it's not working very well with each other, you generally wouldn't need to use both at the same time -

Not that I am aware of no, if we can we'll get it sorted for the next update -
When you set Ping Assist it allows for any games outside your radius that would usually be blocked to be allowed if they are under your ping setting

Could you make a new topic please? It will start to get very confusing helping 3 people in one topic. In that topic please provide the answers to these questions: What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? Are ALL devices disconnecting? How often does it occur? When did it start happening? - After changing settings, adding/removing something from your physical setup? Grabbing the log from the System Information page when it happens would also be very helpful

Good to hear, thanks for the update! -
That was a week ago so it's working now as you can see in your screenshot so you can see it like that. It is Easter holidays so the servers will be under more load than usual

Yes I know, follow the steps I mentioned and the Geo-Filter will start to work properly for your PC -
Sorry I don't understand, could you clarify please?

We'd always suggest if you're going to use a VPN to VPN the entire device, there is no need to specify ports other than doing what you're doing. The game are taking steps to counteract VPNs so keep that in mind as it may be what you're seeing. If you're going to use the Geo-Filter then assuming there is a game server in the same location as the VPN server then it should cover this yes but the Geo may not work correctly with the VPN enabled.

No, if you've changed your PC to a PlayStation then when you add it to the Geo-Filter you should select the device and the only thing you can do is click finish. In some cases if will give you the option recommended or manual, if you do get that option then choose recommended. -
I suspect it's because of the ports you're using, if you apply it to the whole device it will work - we're unable to provide advice that would help you circumvent SBMM

Issues with Netduma R2 since April 2025
Netduma Fraser replied to adro's topic in Netduma R2 Support
We don't generally provide a public facing list of issues on any router/firmware version. Issues reported on a firmware don't generally apply to everyone using it, have you tried the version? I can't really say anything, I'm not a dev but I would imagine that the bug comes to the forefront when triggered by certain settings/traffic, an overload of traffic etc. Not every bug is immediately obvious and these things can take time to appear but I've been told it was fixed so that'll be on DumaOS 4. The cloud just affects the servers on Heatmap/Geo-Filter really, nothing vital to the routers normal functioning. -

It doesn't appear you've done the process above as it still shows Call of Duty series, double check you've done the above steps. If you have then delete it from the Geo-Filter and re-add it again and select the recommended option. -
Could you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN page please as it looks currently?
-
Good question, I don't have a solid concrete answer for you but as far as I am aware it is still on hold so I'd suggest tempering expectations.

It is indicating that the username/password you've entered are incorrect, double check you're inputting the correct credentials or generate new credentials if necessary. Some VPNs give you a separate username/password to connect to the VPN instead of the username/password you login to their website with.
