  1. It needs to be set to Always if you're doing those kinds of tests otherwise it won't apply
  2. It depends on your routing to the servers, if the routing isn't very good the ping may be higher. It could also be mislocated on the map. How do you have the Geo-Filter setup?
  3. It's very difficult for me to give out ETAs for specific bug fixes, I don't always know specifically what issues devs are working on but Geo-Filter improvements will be coming
  4. Yes we believe it is a CPU issue, fixed in a firmware expected this week
  5. No .23 is an old firmware, the fix is coming in a new firmware expected this week
  6. Should work fine after uninstalling and re-installing. What is the specific issue you're seeing?
  7. I don't believe this is a widespread issue, there are some common issues that people are facing, anything reported will be fixed. One of the problems that could be causing a lot of issues is high CPU usage that will be fixed for the update this week
  8. Thank you for that, I will pass it onto the team to have a look at - there have been a couple of other reports so the team will be looking into it, it may be fixed already for the next update
  9. Have you set it to Always? Do you have speed test bypass enabled?
  10. Okay so if you add them back to the Geo-Filter then launch the game there is likely something blocked on the map causing it. If you click it to ping then add it to the allow list that should resolve it - you may need to do it a couple of times if they use different servers for it.
  11. Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page, that will be increasing it
  12. Have you got the device added to the Geo-Filter? If so if you remove it can you connect normally?
  13. Ahh, yes you do, change it to DHCP then reboot and try again
  14. As mentioned, it's a firmware coming, expected this week
  15. Expected this week. It's been requested for the USB port to have some functionality, anything like that will be awhile off
  16. Okay great, that's progress. Will get back to you once I know more about disconnects. We're aware of that issue and looking into it
  17. Best thing would be to disable the CenturyLink WiFi is there is a chance devices will auto connect back to it Yes that's correct Once you take the CL out of bridge mode check back on the R3 WAN Settings page and it'll have an IP you can enter into the DMZ
  18. Check the main ISP router for the exact PPPoE/VLAN Settings it is using, just to be sure nothing has been missed, I saw somewhere 1001 for VLAN to be used so I think it's probably the key to getting you internet, you just need to find out what it is. Also copy the ISP modem/router MAC address and change the R2 to use that MAC address, in case there is any issues with using third party routers that may help. Also, I'm not ignoring anyone, I have many people to help, not just on the forum but on other platforms as well, that means sometimes it may take me longer to respond, especially with the R3 having launched I'm busier than ever.

  20. It could be a relay server that is actually far away and redirecting you back to a close server. Could be, I haven't seen that issue thus far if that's the case
  21. That's great to hear. That's absolutely fine, the R2 has a built in firewall so it is safe, it would only be a security risk if you were then to put a PC in the DMZ on the R2 for example.
  22. The R3 should be getting an IP from the ISP router no? The AP shouldn't be assigning device IPs
  23. My bad, basically what Zippy set, take it out of bridge then put the R3 in its DMZ. I believe the WAN IP of the R3 is changing frequently which may be causing it, changing to this configuration should prevent that. Ireland is most likely an authentication server required for online play. It has been reported polygon isn't working as well as simple so we'll take a look at that.
