So your setup is Internet > AX > R3 is that right? Copy the WAN IP on the R3 WAN Settings page and enter that into the DMZ on the AX
-
You provided a screenshot of the QoS page there with it disabled but it shows DumaOS Classified Games still prioritizing - is that still happening now?
-
You absolutely should not put your PC in the DMZ, that is a major security risk. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Geofilter not working at all for me
Netduma Fraser replied to purpleandgold33's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Great to hear, thank you! -
You don't need to do the test if you're setting the speeds manually
-
Glad to hear it's working now, do keep us updated!

Restarting R3 everyday to get to the settings.

I've responded in your topic -
Disable SmartBOOST as well just to be safe and see if that helps at all
-
Have you used the DMZ or made any port forwarding rules?
-
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. For friends follow the section at the bottom of this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter

While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely from WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if it's more stable from then on.
-
Reboot it then disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN, see if that provides more stability

Xbox - Alternative port switches on its own
Netduma Fraser replied to Deasha's topic in Community Discussion
I don't think it can be intercepted but I will check and respond to you -
Have you factory reset and so the password has changed but you're connecting with the old password?
-
The downloads being slow are you noticing that everywhere or on specific sites/platforms? One of the devices connected via ethernet to the router is limited to 100Mbps - don't know if that is the one you're having an issue with at all but looks like it could be as you just have the two PCs connected via ethernet. Swap it for another cable and see if it is better then.

The only way I can think that might be happening is if it is trying to obtain the same IP or a different IP that another device already has which makes sense why setting a reserved one works as you force it to use a different one. It is better, it's not a hardware issue which is good because it can be easily fixed - the team are looking into it. No that is not an easily achievable thing at all. Try the suggestion above please and see if that helps. No he means that the OS can't just be put on other hardware. -
On Network Activity click the top right and click to show router traffic, do you see that traffic then? -- For everyone else if you could make new topics for any issues you're having it'll be much easier for me to help
-
Are you setting up the Geo-Filter before you launch the game? You will need to add your friends to your Geo-Filter allow list to connect to them.
-
Glad to hear you got that resolved, thanks for the update, I'll reply in your other topic

Sorry I actually meant it can't tell the game based on ports. It is bizarre, we'll be looking into it. -
We are trying to reproduce it currently, disabling IPv6/SmartBOOST seems to help prevent it
