  1. Did you upload the wrong clip? It's very short to see what you described. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How have you configured Congestion Control/SmartBOOST and the Geo-Filter?
  2. At least in the UK it's a national holiday here due to Easter so I suspect still a lot of people gaming at the moment
  3. What's the Verizon modem model? Then I can research it and see what else can be done
  4. Great thank you, I'll pass them on to Alex
  5. Okay but in the next picture it is showing for PC?
  6. There isn't anything specifically that would cause that between firmware, in fact it should be better on this one. Did you factory reset after the upgrade?
  7. Is this on the Geo-Filter or in game? What does the R3 say the ping is? What ping does the game feel like?
  8. I know you did a hardware factory reset previously but can you do so from the interface instead in Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase. When you've started it close the interface tab completely, wait 4 minutes then try to access and see if you get the errors please
  9. Were you playing on both devices at the same time there?
  10. Hard to say what it could be, either a local congestion issue though you would expect more spikes or a lag spike from the game server itself which seems more likely given the stability of the ping. Try another server when that happens
  11. It is fixed in the next firmware, shouldn't be long until it is available
  12. You can try that yes, it may help. It should have a model number on a sticker underneath it
  13. By add do you mean put it in the DMZ and will that then conflict with your Traffic Prio settings for the console already? If so no it won't conflict. Otherwise as above.
  14. Presumably you're using a phone with an app to get them connected? If so have your phone on the 5GHz and then see if it works. I think it should be fixed in the next version if its the issue I think it is.
  15. Looks like it's going to a weird URL if you use these links specifically http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 does it work?
  16. If you try to access using http://192.168.1.1 instead do you get the same issue?
  17. Likely the ping to it is timing out (common) and so it's taking the last ping response it got, it's something we're looking at
  18. Use this URL specifically http://routerlogin.net depending on the browser you're using it may be forcing HTTPS automatically so you might need to look up how to disable that on your browser
  19. Very unlikely to be faulty if you're seeing the same with the XR. What is the exact model of the Verizon modem you're using?
  20. Just to clarify, the issue presumably is that you're being killed more often/easily as opposed to experiencing any lag specifically yourself?
  21. I'm a bit stumped on this one really as there is obviously something preventing it on the Verizon/modem/ONT side getting any further. Have you just upgraded the speeds or switched providers by any chance? Could you make a new topic please as it'll be a different thing - you probably need to disable Speed Test Bypass so the percentages apply properly to the test.
  22. You'll be getting a static public IP but the router assigns private (local) IPs via DHCP that's what you're seeing there. Was that recorded from the kill cam or live?
  23. Make sure you're not accessing the interface using HTTPS and that any browser based Adblocker is disabled for the interface. If you're still getting it, are you using Armor?
  24. Not much I can advise on this one really as there isn't any controls for the LEDs, if you use more internet/bandwidth it might become brighter
