  1. The Geo-Filter shows you what servers are available, we don't need to add anything for you to connect to them, unless they are mislocated - in which case you would still connect to them with it disabled we can't force you somewhere that is unavailable to play on
  2. Okay interesting, never seen anyone report higher speeds with IPv6 enabled, we'll have to look into that. We do have some improvements to IPv6 in the next one which shouldn't be too far off so hopefully that resolves it for you.
  3. What speed test are you testing the R3 with, the V speed test? What about speedtest.net?
  4. I don't want to promise anything but I would say it's very likely to be more updates than that
  5. This will be fixed in the next version but disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN and see if that helps at all
  6. If you go through it again and just leave the credentials as the defaults will that let you continue?
  7. You can look at the return policy here: netduma.com/terms
  8. Okay that's fine so if you continue and get into a game do you get a game within your radius?
  9. I've heard in the past that it can help but I wouldn't suggest it generally
  10. Are you unplugging the modem at all by any chance?
  11. DNS doesn't really make a difference for gaming but 1.1.1.1 primary & 1.0.0.1 secondary is a good option
  12. Likely the servers there are not always available then as without the Geo-Filter you're not restricting the search!
  13. Bizarre! If it happens again block it and you should be able to figure out what it is.
  14. Are you actually in a game in this screenshot?
  15. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  16. From what I can see it's a Unicast device, most likely smart, e.g. a lightbulb, does that ring a bell? If you block it on the Device Manager some device will stop working as it should
  17. Do you get them with the Geo-Filter disabled but where you can still see and ping the servers?
  18. We can take a look, do you get a fast game there without the Geo-Filter enabled?
  19. What's the MAC address? I'll have a look, you can PM it
  20. Does it match the MAC address of the router itself?
  21. I'd generally suggest Auto if you just want it working while gaming
  22. No ETAs but shouldn't be too much longer
  23. It'll come not to worry! Easter holiday (long weekend in the UK now) so will take a bit longer
  24. If you're going to put the R3 in the DMZ on the Orange Box it would be best to set that IP as static on the box as well so it doesn't change. Yes you can add DNS on the R3.
  25. The firmware should help as it fixes an issue which caused an instability with ping so hopefully that was the issue for you
