  1. Did you go through the procedure of upgrading to the intermediary firmware and then to RC14? If you're on the intermediary firmware still that will explain why nothing is working
  2. Do you have speed test bypass enabled/disabled? What percentages are you using? In some cases SmartBOOST priorities can interfere with the test results. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  3. In terms of R3 settings there isn't really anything major you need to change, just remember to adjust the speed on the R3 and enter the R3 in the new modem DMZ if applicable.
  4. For the beginning I think based on what another user mentioned that it tries loading you in before actually connecting to the server so that's the only point we can block it. Otherwise it might be that it is switching the host and then might be outside your radius. If either of these are true then using Geo-Latency should prevent the issue happening.
  5. What firmware version are you on currently? Have you tried the beta as I've not seen this issue crop up much on it https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  6. Is this in public or ranked matches? Is it midway through the game or right at the end?
  7. Would be best to start a new topic but see if the above applies to you when they're off. How many servers do you have included within your radius?
  8. That was awhile ago, latest is .41 now: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  9. Do the above and then you'll see both the options
  10. If I recall correctly, this was around the time of a device that did artificially increase your latency to a ridiculous amount that actually made it so bad for other people in your game and was being used to cheat. Using our feature it helps to absorb spikes/jitter, the maximum your ping can go is to 80ms using it which is not enough to cause significant lag to you or anyone else and so could not be used for cheating, we did this purposefully.
  11. It's probable the service you were using was out of date so we'd need to update it, glad it is working now!
  12. Just to double check, if you unplug the consoles from power does it continue to happen?
  13. It is some sort of hosting company so are you downloading updates in standby mode?
  14. Did you add your friends to the allow list? If not you'll need to do that most likely and then it'll work. You can see how to do that at the bottom of this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter
  15. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  16. Currently the only way to buy it is direct from our website, we do charge VAT/taxes if applicable at checkout so you wouldn't need to pay this upon entry to your country. It's possible you may pay customs fees but this is dependent on the customs policies in your country.
  17. Are they in instant on/standby modes and perhaps downloading updates in the background? Could you provide the ID of the server please?
  18. The team are doubling down on these issues so I'm sure they will get it sorted very soon. Disabling IPv6 in LAN/WAN has been reported as a potential workaround as well as disabling priorities on SmartBOOST. Once these issues are sorted it'll be much more solid for those of you experiencing them.
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like (set Ping Assist to 0) Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better as it appears the server there is allowed when it shouldn't be so this should prevent that and just ensure the Chile servers get allowed, meanwhile I get that relocated.
  20. Check the IP on the PC itself, then check it with the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match?
  21. No there isn't, it's a built in firewall, it would not be a good idea to do so either!
  22. It's on the list but doesn't guarantee inclusion, I think later on in the year we'll be looking more into suggestions once our planned updates are done.
  23. Yes you can absolutely still use it and get a good experience!
  24. I haven't heard anything thus far, likely because they're focusing on other issues but I will chase this for you.
  25. If you're directly messaging that's probably why you haven't received a response yet as we get so many direct messages, it's best to make a topic and we'll always get back to you - it's nothing to do with the router you're using, we'll support everyone equally. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
