  1. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works. That will let any residual power drain and hopefully will then be more stable.
  2. I would say that's high enough that it's probably hitting that limit. There isn't a router reason why it isn't connecting you to those servers so it's not something we can fix necessarily, forcing servers that high also isn't the purpose of the router
  3. Just use routerlogin.net and it will allow you to access
  4. Do you ever connect to it with filtering disabled but where you can still see servers on the map?
  5. It was here in an update to their Ricochet Anti-Cheat, I assume they're using a later version of it for BO7 so it likely still applies https://www.callofduty.com/patchnotes/2024/11/call-of-duty-bo6-warzone-season-01-patch-notes "Treyarch has delivered several updates to combat disruptive behavior, including: Enhanced AFK detections to battle against account boosting Adjusting ping thresholds to require players play matches in their region to cut down on VPN abuse" What was the ping you were getting to US servers?
  6. They did implement a ping limit to prevent people using VPNs to connect to far away servers which would also impact you trying with the Geo-Filter to force servers far away. Given where you're forcing it's reasonable you might hit that limit. However, you should also disable Geo-Latency & Ping Assist when trying to force servers.
  7. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  8. Good to hear! I think it's a pure modem so you can ignore that part
  9. You can't have the cloud yet then, the next cloud is rolling out so you should have it within the next few days
  10. When it happens again, connect directly to your modem and see if the same issue happens. It may seem counterintuitive but set Congestion Control to 70% for download & upload and see if it happens again
  11. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  12. That sounds a bit different, are you in the EU trying to force US servers? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you get a game outside your radius please?
  13. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  14. You made one topic which I replied to within a few hours and then you never replied again so we can't know you're still experiencing an issue if you don't tell us. It sounds like you've tried to get support from NTGR this whole time and not had any success but then have ranted here instead which would have been the better place to get support considering we made DumaOS and NTGR didn't. Either way, glad you've got some relief now, we're still happy to help if you want it.
  15. Glad to hear it's working for the moment, do keep us posted
  16. This should have been resolved via a cloud update, could you resync the cloud in Geo-Filter settings, restart the PC then check again please?
  17. Added, if it doesn't help make a new topic and we can assist
  18. No need to disable UPnP on your modem. Okay so QoS won't be working very well because you don't have ALL devices connected to it so every other device in your house can negatively effect your PC and it's not in a position to improve it. You should connect the WiFi booster via ethernet to the R3 instead, then it would work better, as it stands you're not prioritizing gaming over anything. This could explain your fluctuation in pings.
  19. Disable Geo-Latency and Ping Assist, restart your gaming device and try again. Keep in mind to combat VPNs CoD have implemented a ping limit so depending on the location you're trying to force that could also be a factor.
  20. Ultimately to give you the best connection possible when playing online. What are you lost with specifically? There are some guides here you can translate that may help: https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-4/ There is translation on the router so once you've changed the interface language to French you can access the help for any page you're on by clicking top right of the screen > help
  21. The firmware you have downloaded is correct and is the latest firmware. Upload the .chk file on the firmware update page on the router
  22. Further improving the Oklahoma issue/incorrect servers
  23. I'll have to double check for the XR500 - this is an R3 topic - as I mentioned though we are incrementally rolling out another update so you may not have it yet
  24. I've added you but you'll have the same issue on that firmware - we are aware of it and it will be resolved. People say it's more stable on this firmware actually. The server provider can sometimes go down as well and don't have as many servers as other places.
  25. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? Congestion Control is the 93% you set, do you know if that works for you or is it random? Setup SmartBOOST to prioritize gaming/your device What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
