Not much unfortunately, the QoS not applying for upload is due to PPPoE so without something else handling PPPoE instead of the XR there isn't a way around it

Are you using HybridVPN or Static Routes? Have you disabled DPI? When did this start happening exactly? You said it doesn't change the speed when you're in game but you have other things like Netflix prioritized, does it reduce speed when using other activities other than gaming?

Could you take your device off SmartBOOST please and leave the activities and check again. In theory, prioritizing the entire device will also prioritize the speedtest over Congestion Control

Oh I see, do you experience the same playing solo? It sounds like the game prioritizes getting people into a match even if that means splitting a party, in which case there isn't anything we can really do about that unfortunately. Presumably you have got a couple of servers included within your radius?

Try http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos directly and see if it works, otherwise try in an incognito window/another browser

Have you put the PC in the DMZ or done any internet rules?

Throttling = reducing speed. I know it's just to determine what is working. I know the activities on SmartBOOST show prioritizing but is the actual main part of SmartBOOST that shows the traffic showing prioritized activities? If you prioritize the device does it reduce the speed when testing on auto?

When you play on a server it and the ping is shown on the Geo-Filter you can click on that part and it will show more information including an ID that we use to identify the server

Is it throttling if you set it to Always? If you use speedtest.net do you see the speeds reduce?

It does kind of make sense, you're making an encrypted tunnel between you and the VPN server so we're not really able to read the traffic to filter it as it goes through the VPN. I think you'll need to use one or the other.

Is the XR using PPPoE/VLAN by any chance? If so that is likely why, have your ISP modem/router handle it instead and it should adhere to your settings

No updates on it, they're focused on the features we've briefly spoken about, it takes up a lot of resources, once that's done they can look into this more closely. Make sure you're using 80Mhz not 160 and see if it is more stable overall please. Otherwise combine the bands again and see if it works better.

They may well be blocking VPNs but if you try with the Geo-Filter disabled can you get a game?

Can you provide a screenshot of your Congestion Control settings, SmartBOOST, your speed test result and let us know what your speeds are please

They could be and we did correct them in the latest cloud so if they're still there more may have changed that we need to address. Any IDs you can provide will be super helpful

What platform are you on? Can you provide some IDs of the Oklahoma servers you're getting please?
