  1. It is an issue we know about but don't worry it's not affecting your ability to prioritize or filter at all
  2. Play consistently that way for a few days just to check it's not a coincedence
  3. Thanks, we're going to plug a switch in and see if we can reproduce it!
  4. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter pages please?
  5. Pretty good explanation above!
  6. Try with the simple mode instead of polygon, does it work as expected then?
  7. Based on what you've mentioned, the time of day is significant, if it's fine and stable during the morning then the router can't be having an issue/be incorrectly setup - the issue you're seeing is peak time congestion I suspect, either on the game side or more likely from your ISP side. This usually occurs when there are a lot of people in your area all using the internet at once and more often using the same ISP - there isn't much you can do about it other than potentially change to an ISP that is less popular.
  8. You'll need to have QoS on to optimize that, experiment with the Congestion Control percentages while set to Always and you should be able to get it down
  9. Yeah it's looking like an auth error so just double check the username/password are correct and try again. I don't know if it's the case here but sometimes providers give you a user/pass specifically for connecting to the VPN, independent from the details used to login on their site.
  10. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  11. Yeah it wasn't 3.3 annoyingly, we've got our CEO to chase them on this so hopefully it'll be released sooner rather than later.
  12. Is this for the R2 or the R3? What VPN provider are you using? Can you provide your config please?
  13. I've responded in your other topic, lets continue there.
  14. The only thing to do in this situation is reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait about 4 minutes then access and it should load correctly
  15. Yes I think that is likely the reason, it's purpose is to connect to VPN providers rather than a local VPN and so we haven't tested that functionality from what I am aware
  16. Good to hear that was the cause, thanks for the update and posting the solution!
  17. I don't no, I'm not a dev so I don't get told the technicals of individual fixes, might be worth doing what @Achilles is doing and seeing what the results are:
  18. Sounds good, do keep us posted!
  19. It's not a risk, you're not forwarding any ports, just prioritizing them. The origin port could be anything but likely to be the same as the port mentioned
  20. You have to access it via this URL http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#smartqos
  21. Yeah that's what I meant, we'll be testing it for compatibility when available
  22. Apparently it uses these for PC but don't know how true that is TCP: 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000-14001, 14008, 14020-14024
  23. Thanks for posting in that topic with the answers to those questions, we'll get to the bottom of it!
