  1. Good job @Devastate thanks for helping out!
  2. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  3. I'll respond to the email and we can go from there.
  4. Okay so it won't be the router then, it'll actually be the game not using the server at this time, if it's only happened recently then it's possible that its down for maintenance
  5. If you don't reply to my last comment I don't know whether you're still having the issue or not and can't help troubleshoot/diagnose. If you comment in the disconnect topic here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/ a dev may be able to apply changes to the router that could help with the issue.
  6. We made some improvements to the Geo-Filter in the firmware here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/
  7. If you just toggle the filtering off where you added the device you can see the servers and still ping them but you won't be influencing where you connect so it's a good test to see if the server is available to connect to regardless of the Geo-Filter.
  8. It may not be active at the moment - can you connect to it with the Geo-Filter disabled?
  9. Ping Heatmap isn't showing any servers in London for the game, can you connect to it with the Geo-Filter disabled?
  10. I don't think so, I will re-request it - thanks for the chase
  11. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  12. Could you provide a proper uncropped screenshot please for any future pictures: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-11/how-to-take-screenshot-on-windows-10/m-p/3760249 Are you accessing using http://dumaos or http://192.168.1.1 and does either make a difference?
  13. Make a new topic please with any more details and we can help you there
  14. Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter please?
  15. I'll re-request it, thanks for the chase.
  16. Thanks for that, this is something the devs are actively looking into, I've given you Early Access so you can see and respond to this topic which is actively monitored by the devs https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/ if you feel you're able to help or even just to keep up to date on what is happening.
  17. What speeds do you get on this test? https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat
  18. The 40ms in Xbox settings is just to a authentication server so it *shouldn't* affect your game ping whatsoever. Are you able to borrow an xbox to test the theory?
  19. Let me know when you've signed up and I can add you
  20. Keep us posted! You can do an Xbox, I've been saying PS for years so just a habit!
  21. My sole job is support, I have nothing to do with making the firmware or the speed at which it is released. Of course I'm not happy with the speed as it only serves to make my job harder, unfortunately it's not solely in our hands, if it was it would be out by now.
  22. If you could answer the questions then we can figure out what the issues may be, you'd need to email [email protected] regarding that to see if you're eligible for a return.
  23. We are porting a whole new version of DumaOS to a platform it wasn't designed for, this isn't a quick thing to do.
  24. How inaccurate exactly? The game ping does sometimes show processing delay which we can't determine
  25. Do check with a different cable than the one we've sent, there has been an instance in the past where this cable was to blame. Do you get the same issue with the console directly connected to your modem?
