  2. Just to clarify, port 1 on the Orbi or port 1 on the XR? As it'd need to be the internet/WAN port on the XR - you will need to go through the XR Setup Wizard before you can get internet
  3. What is the average ping to a game in the USA for you? You may be hitting a ping limit
  4. What firmware version are you on currently? It can take up to 30 seconds to reconnect after being off (we're looking into this), if you want does it come back online? How are you connected exactly to the router?
  5. As long as the XR can be connected via ethernet to an existing modem/router it will work - I think there have been some people that use it this way in the past
  6. Oh I see, the servers on Heatmap won't necessarily be the exact same as the servers you'll see on the Geo-Filter so there will sometimes be a discrepancy but that's quite large, could you provide the ID for the server you're playing on? It's likely mislocated on the Geo rather than heatmap.

  15. The purpose of the router isn't to force games in a different continent so there isn't a guarantee that will always work. If you're in the UK then it's quite possible that you're hitting a ping limit - especially given it seems as though the router does find and allow you to connect but the game then times it out. Given this there won't be a way to 100% connect there, I'd suggest connecting to closer servers.
  16. They are local IP addresses so nothing needs to be covered, you could upload to YouTube as private/unlisted and then provide a link
  17. Are you providing a screenshot of how it is setup? If not could you do so please as well as providing the VPN log and config file you're using please?
  18. The schedule option is part of Internet Rules already, unless you mean something else? If you change your PC to a console in the Device Manager and then add it to the Geo-Filter it will filter in a more broad sense utilizing any ports the game may use but ports specifically has been requested before so I'll make sure its on the list!
  19. As others have mentioned it's not fully compatible with the Geo-Filter currently - we believe they're using proxy/relay servers or other methods to determine where you should play. We'll keep trying but it'll likely require dev input and will take some time.
  20. That does sound exactly like a congestion issue, what is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What Congestion Control settings did you end up on?
  21. So on the printer you've selected the option to connect via WiFi using WPS and it's ready to go, then you press the WPS button on the router and it doesn't connect no matter how many times you press the button? Is it an old printer?
  22. Hello, welcome to the forum! This topic is a year old, could you let us know what modem you're using etc? Have you contacted Telstra regarding this?

  24. Okay and that is where it's looping? Have you done a factory reset to setup from scratch and set new credentials in the Setup Wizard?
  25. What's been done physically to your setup/settings prior to this? Have you rebooted the R3 for example?
