  1. You don't need bridge mode, copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and enter that into the Hub DMZ option. Remove the options for the Geo-Filter momentarily, when you've done both does it work better?
  2. I've given you access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  3. Supposedly that is potentially the 3.3 build, could you confirm whether that's the case or not, I haven't been able to check. Came out of the blue for me!
  4. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What device are you using discord on? Do you have that device added to the Geo-Filter?
  5. You'll need to use the Simple mode and then try again please
  6. You should leave it on, keep us posted!
  7. Apparently that server should actually be in New York - I don't think it's an actual game server though, it may be for authentication purposes instead, in which case the ping to it doesn't matter. We'll get it moved though thanks!
  8. The R3 being in the DMZ on the providers router is fine, it doesn't need to be in bridge. If you remove the PS5 from the DMZ on the R3 does it fix the issue?
  9. Remove it from the DMZ please and see if you get the same issue
  10. Do you have your device in the R3 DMZ or have you got the VPN enabled? Port forwarding rules, Internet Rule for it etc?

  12. Yes exposed host is essentially the same as DMZ, let us know how you get on
  13. Not everyone has this problem, it's a support forum, you'll only see issues here and even those posting aren't all experiencing this. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  14. The circles outside the radius before you get into the game indicate they've been connected to before the filter was applied/changed. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  15. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. There isn't a save button for the sliders, you just adjust them and then leave them alone and they'll save. Did you factory reset after upgrading? If not it may be a good idea to do so as its a big jump.
  16. The modem itself is restarting itself as in it turns itself off then comes back on? If so I think that'll be the answer, an issue to do with that not the R3, the R3 can't make the upstream modem/router reboot. If you take it out of bridge and put the R3 in its DMZ instead does it work better?
  17. I think it's still planned for the next firmware but I don't have an ETA for it, shouldn't be too much longer
  18. Correct, it operates at the network level so it's blocked before it tries to load and because it's at the network level it applies to all devices such as phones etc. It doesn't work on YouTube though so if you use that I'd keep the browser based Adblocker for that purpose. You shouldn't notice any significant slow downs from using it.
  19. That's good to hear, thanks for the update!
  20. The server outside does appear to be blocked - can you use a PC to access instead and zoom out fully on the map? Your radius is very strict so it might be forcing you outside due to that through a relay server, expand your radius to cover a couple of servers and see whether it is more consistent.
  21. Thanks for letting us know, the team will look into it
  22. Sorry for the delay on your topic, I saw you posted in the other one, play direct to the modem for a few days and see if you notice the same gameplay experience
  23. That's very unfortunate but thank you for this, I will pass it on. I think we're getting very close now so hopefully won't be much longer before its all sorted.
  24. It looks like the server there within your radius is the host. I would say it's probably not best to add every single server to the blocked list as you may block one required for online play which could contribute to your issue
  25. You're very welcome, thanks for the kind words!
