If they provide you with an OpenVPN or Wireguard config then you can put it in the router and then in theory it should connect.

Yes that's correct. There has been a disconnect issue that seems to occur on the XR range when the DHCP lease renews, even if you setup a static/reserved IP within the range the renewal can still cause the problem, setting it outside the range seems to stop it happening. -
The file is way too big for the router to cope with, it needs to be under 20mb really

It's the specific DHCP lease I'm concerned with, setting the devices on the router outside the DHCP range will prevent the lease renewal affecting them. I don't think the router features will work very well if that is done. -
It would be better for order queries to go through emails but it's an estimated delivery date not a definite, it's just based on where it is currently, the delivery date will likely change as it progresses further. Shipping time is also not guaranteed.

You configure it on the router, not on the devices, no I don't think that would be the best option. -
It's 1-2 working day shipping so it would have shipped today, you should have received a tracking email today from UPS - did you receive that?

There is no setting to change to make it stabilize every game, just make sure you're on the latest Early Access firmware and we'll be implementing a new ping system at some point in the future that may help as well.

Ah that's great to hear it's working better now. If you haven't factory reset after any updates so far that might be why, it's not necessary like we used to advise but it can help remove any remnants from previous versions.
