  1. Are you able to force specific servers in the EU with the Geo-Filter without any issues?
  2. It's purpose isn't to force servers much further away and the game may not want to put you on them if it means your ping will be much higher. To force servers you need to do the following: It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client (e.g. Steam etc) if on PC or platform (e.g. Xbox, PlayStation) or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working. For settings ensure Ping Assist and Geo-Latency are disabled in the Geo-Filter menu that can be found by clicking ⋮ in the top right hand corner of the page and go to Settings. Strict Mode should also be enabled, it is enabled by default so if you haven't disabled it you can ignore it. If you have disabled it or want to check it can be found in the same Settings menu as above or in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > Developer Options depending on your firmware version. Fast Search should also be disabled which it is by default so can be ignored if you haven't changed it, otherwise this can be found in the same place.
  3. Did you put the R3 in its DMZ and set that IP as static on the modem? Also ensuring ALL devices are connected to the R3?
  4. I think there are only 1 or 2 servers near you for that game - what is the ping you're getting? If it's not too high then it's likely you're already on one of the closest servers, in which case it's unlikely the Geo-Filter would be able to do anything further - the game also does like to use relay servers which the Geo-Filter can't always counteract. Do you experience these issues if there are no other devices in your home using the internet? If you do then it's unlikely the R3 will help.

  6. Perhaps uninstalling, logging out of the Google account, logging in and reinstalling may help
  7. You can keep it enabled that's fine
  8. If you've disabled the DMZ on your ISP router then it's unlikely you'll get an Open NAT through the R3. I'd suggest re-enabling that and then you don't need to change anything else.
  9. No not yet, we're working on it
  10. You can do that already in Settings > WAN > Advanced, scroll to the bottom
  11. Very good solution, thanks for sharing it!
  12. If your ping fluctuates which is normal for it to do so then steady ping will give you a ping that it will keep the game at so you won't have any inconsistencies due to that variation of ping. It's not full proof, it doesn't always work as you're not always able to ping the game etc
  13. Okay great, keep us posted!
  14. Do you have Geo-Latency enabled? If so disable that and then reboot the game & game client and try again please
  15. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when it happens please?
  16. You're saying you're being routed to other servers - do you mean you're connecting to the London server but then servers outside your radius are appearing blocked but they are the host of the game or servers are showing as allowed outside the radius?
  17. There will be a blocked server when that happens, just zoom out on the map, run the test and you should see the server get blocked. Add it to the allow list and give us the ID and we can whitelist it. There may be a few servers responsible
  18. Are you seeing anything on the map being blocked when that happens? If so allow it, does it let you in then. Make sure to zoom out fully when doing it.
  19. Are you able to have an ISP modem/router handle PPPoE instead? As that is likely the issue, it's something we're aware of and looking into
  20. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? What firmware version are you on?
  21. Are you using Game Pass? If so, sign out of Xbox/game pass then load up the game, it may or may not ask you to restart but then it should allow you to play then, does that work?
  22. The latest public or Early Access version? Remove the device from the Geo-Filter entirely then check again. If it still occurs disable QoS from the SmartBOOST menu and check again.
  23. What firmware version are you on and did you restart the console/game after disabling the Geo-Filter?
