  1. What is the issue you're having when trying to use it on the R3? No specific guide but if you copy the config file and enter it then put in your user/pass it should work. If not post your config file and I can take a look.
  2. That would be very cool, I'll add it to the list!
  3. We've updated the look - priority boost was just a temporary traffic prioritization rule, so while you can't make a temporary rule now you can still achieve the same affect.
  4. He's working on a big update at the moment so it won't be immediate
  5. Please do so from the interface instead, timing can be important from the hardware
  6. Great to hear! I'll come back to you as soon as I hear anything
  7. At this stage I think a factory reset would be best if you could do so from the interface please and check the behavior after that.
  8. Thanks for the kind words!
  9. In some cases maybe, but not even showing on the device view after being added is very odd. They're 100% connected directly to the router, not through another router, AP, switch, extender etc? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  10. If you follow the process above you should see servers. Other than that the only difference would be a different cloud version, in which case when we do the next update that'll be sorted. It'll be because the server is whitelisted if you can provide the ID we can remove it and that will prevent it.
  11. I suspect because in most cases (you included) you can't actually do anything with that information, it's very unusual your internet provider would adjust routing for you, that's certainly not common practice and the servers won't respond to traditional pings either.
  12. Try upgrading to this one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mb7hztmwpxnpz2i/XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc10.img?dl=0 then upgrade to 14 after and see if it works please
  13. What game is it you're playing? Does it work with any other games or the same for everything?
  14. They don't become obsolete regardless of the platform, it might require a cloud update but that's the same on the new ones. DumaOS 4 beta for R2 is also in full swing, so the R2 is still being actively developed for. If necessary a cloud update will be made, we're testing it currently.
  15. Resync the cloud on the Device Manager and Geo-Filter pages, then reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then connect and play, does it appear then? If not, do you have any issues with Adblocker, Geo-Filter or Speed Test/Ping Optimizer working?
  16. No it's just the Geo-Filter, it will still work as normal, your router doesn't become obsolete.
  17. Okay so actually, keep their Xbox as is and keep the port forwarding rule for it, then on your Xbox, on the actual console itself go to Settings -> Network -> Advanced -> then manual and choose a different port. Once you've done that make the complimentary port forwarding rule for it on the router and check again.
  18. Has it ever worked for you and if so when did it stop working, after changing any specific settings?
  19. The codes are probably all on the code websites by now I suspect, yes they all provide the same %
  20. It's disabled by default on this version, yes you can enable in Settings > WAN > Advanced.
  21. It could be DHCP potentially, if you reserve IPs for the wired devices does it happen again in another fortnight?
  22. Yeah that's the issue, it shouldn't be, that's what I'm trying to figure out. Are you using a VPN? Have you made an Internet Rule to allow all traffic to the device?
  23. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you connect to that server? We are in the middle of testing the game so it may not work correctly at the moment.
  24. Okay thanks, just checking, it's the DMZ option for your console that is doing it. First, remove that, then check both, do they receive an Open NAT? If not then you'll need to do port forwarding for each console, one with 3074 and the other 3075, reboot and check again.
