  1. No you don't need to set that up. I deleted your second photo as it had your IP address in it but all looked fine.
  2. Set it to off, reboot it from the interface, wait 4 minutes, turn it to on, then reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if it works then please
  3. You can't determine where the players are from, even if you manage to force a different area you could still get players from there connecting to it. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. Don't make any changes while you're on the game or you'll have to restart it for it to take affect.
  4. It may be an incorrectly located server so I'll pass that on to be looked at. I think I mentioned in another topic that with their changes to VPN usage it may be harder to force different areas, your ping will be very high.
  5. It's a server based game and you can't influence where other people can connect to so you can only dictate the server you play on, not who you play with. Please provide a screenshot of the RGB panel
  6. The purpose of the router is to force close servers for a better connection. The game has also implemented restrictions for VPNs which may also counteract you forcing servers far away that may give you a high ping. I'm not following the WiFi comments - it doesn't impact where you can connect to. There are no router restrictions being in Brazil other than WiFi channels being suitable for your region. Is the RGB panel stuck to off on the dashboard?
  7. Okay thanks, we'll need to look into that, in the meantime see if you can see it by accessing the interface using your mobile web browser.
  8. Thanks for letting us know, glad you were able to get it sorted!
  9. I've PM'd you for logs
  10. If needed do update via that way as it'll bypass DumaOS and any issues there that may be contributing to it not loading and give you a fresh install
  11. That's really bizarre, some sort of weird incompatibility with that cable, the router and the console then? Never heard of that before! At least you've got that sorted, well done!
  12. No need to keep posting, we will get back to you. It's chosen Portuguese automatically for you - I can see the language has changed in the background - it does it based on your PC system language. No sure what you mean about WiFi 5/6 - devices themselves need to support WiFi 6, if they do they'll use it, if not they'll use WiFi 5.
  13. Reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check if you have internet/complete the setup wizard if applicable
  14. We're testing it currently and we'll make any necessary cloud updates when complete
  15. What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? Can you provide an uncropped screenshot of what you see when this happens please?
  16. Glad to hear you managed to solve the issue and thanks for posting the solution!
  17. It's because either you're experiencing ISP congestion (lots of people in your area all using the internet at once, e.g. when they come home from school or work and so it causes congestion) or the same scenario but the game servers experiencing congestion because lots of people are playing after work/school etc.
  18. Low Latency Only will completely disable throttling unless low-latency traffic is detected, which may cause issues. For example, if gaming or work is detected then it will apply throttling, in all other scenarios it won't.
  19. You're using PPPoE so that option for IPv6 should work, auto detect is designed to detect the easiest/best method of connection so that should work also
  20. It sounds as though the ethernet cable you're using to connect the two is limited to 100Mbps, do you have a better cable you can use?
  21. That makes more sense, if it doesn't show any devices connected or traffic then those features wouldn't work - it's just a symptom of a difference issue. Please describe your exact physical setup and any changes you've made on the router from their defaults. Have you set static IPs on all the devices themselves?
  22. Thanks for that, what devices do you have connected to ports 1 & 4? Do other devices drop connection when it happens?
