Cant see PerĂº servers in ea FC 25
Netduma Fraser replied to Ramoned92's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ping Heatmap is just used to ping a list of servers, it doesn't necessarily show every active server, though we do our best to have everything listed. The Geo-Filter shows active connections so yes you can still connect to it if the server is available at that time. -

Okay no worries, that's one thing we can cross at least -
DBZ Sparking Zero and NBA 2K25

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add it to the list for the team to take a look -

Netduma Fraser replied to Ramoned92's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks for the report, I'll get the team to add it - you'll still be able to connect to it via the Geo-Filter -
Thanks for that, based on the logs if you reserve the IP for the Xbox on the R3 then that should prevent it happening again

Update to the latest firmware and then try again please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/

NEW XR700 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.363
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
There is a cloud update in testing that will go out to all platforms soon which should help -
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

I don't follow, what is this supposed to be showing?

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290

https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000177578-r3-firmware Glad you were able to get it sorted, thanks for the update -
Thanks I'll let Alex know

Go to your app store and if there is an update available it will list it in your available app updates, if not it is likely that your phone has auto updated it. Otherwise if you uninstall and reinstall the app (won't take long it's only small) you'll definitely have the latest update.
-
Skip through the setup wizard, complete it then once you're on the main interface enter the PPPoE details, save, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if you can connect.

That would be considered a hard reset yes - you need to hold that button for 30 seconds though and then release - are you doing this? If not, it will just reboot the router so it may appear to reset but isn't. Try that then let us know if it works as expected afterwards.

Do you notice any pattern in what devices are being used or the type of traffic when it happens?
-
That's on Ping Heatmap but what about the Geo-Filter or are you saying that it the ping difference between heatmap and Geo-Filter?

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290

Sorry to hear you're having a problem - your explanation doesn't have many details which makes it hard for me to understand the issue, if I can't understand the issue I can't effectively provide suitable troubleshooting steps. Please provide more information about your issue and we can go from there. Given the jump in firmware versions a factory reset would be good here. Go to the previous firmware topic, download the firmware, upload it to the router as you would normally. -
It would be better to use bridge yes and have all devices connected to the R3. Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page and the ping should reduce.
-
It will find it yes, it may not immediately show on there - it doesn't have an immediate rollout, it'll be staggered, if not you can just install manually

Netduma Fraser replied to Finkler's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Yes that feature will still work - other ethernet cables can be used
