  1. If you could make a new topic for your issue please They will have a lot clustered in a single location. It's not broken, it's likely an easily resolved cloud issue. If you could provide a video of exactly what you do/happens that would be really helpful. If you run through all the settings pages as well it will let me know if there are any settings impacting it.
  2. I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there and see if the experience is any better for you https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

  4. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  5. As above, can you connect/access the interface using a wired device so you can manually change the WiFi password?
  6. Add that one to your deny list, does it still connect you there?
  7. Added you all. Yes you did, that was some time ago though and just easier to do it this way now.
  8. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  9. Thanks for the caps, much appreciated, I've passed them on!
  10. When it happens access the interface, go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Logs and download them then upload here
  11. Can you provide the entire log from the bottom of the System Information page after please? That entry is fine, no issues there
  12. That's bizarre! Just do automatic again then and grab the log from the router once you've connected it please
  13. Yes that's correct, switch to the activities on the right then look again at the centre when playing
  14. As you can probably tell, it's not been the easiest task just getting this update out Added
  15. You've added loads of 0s, they shouldn't be there, it has to be: IP Address - 192.168.77.100 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.77.1 Primary DNS - 192.168.77.1 Secondary DNS - 8.8.8.8 They may give you extra spaces but you do not need to utilize them
  16. Sorry I meant a screenshot of how you've set the manual network information. Use 8.8.8.8 instead for the secondary DNS
  17. You don't need a QR code for logging in, connect via WiFi, input http://192.168.1.1 into your web browser and complete the Setup Wizard
  18. If you've done all the above settings then it shouldn't be able to get past no, unless we've whitelisted a server incorrectly or they're relaying you through a server you can connect to which doesn't seem to be the case. Do you get the same issue still with the normal radius?
  19. Reboot the router and grab a screenshot of how it appears on the Switch - you can remove the second DNS
