  1. Yes it does work but also keep in mind hit detection isn't the purpose of the feature, it's to ensure all devices can use the internet without impacting each other and you can prioritize gaming/devices which will give you a better experience. Is the ping still low when using it? Experiment with how you're prioritizing it, e.g. the device itself, gaming, selecting the game, call of duty content etc
  2. That's the thing, they were connected already, I need entries for when they connect. Just forget the WiFi network on a few devices and then connect again and then grab the log
  3. That's a good idea, remove any potential factors and test again! I'll reply there
  4. Don't connect the switch again Connect other devices to WiFi Get the log Post it here Then I can compare a working device log with a non working device log
  5. Just those ports please and see if it works
  6. Not sure what you mean, so it is getting you a game and a server? Are you seeing an icon within your radius when playing?
  7. Can you make two port forwarding rules, 3074 for one device, 3075 for the other then start up the 3074 device first, then the second and see if it happens again
  8. You don't need to do the expert version of SmartBOOST really. You only have 1 device to prioritize. Prioritize in addition Call of Duty and Call of Duty Content and see if you notice a difference
  9. How have you setup Congestion Control exactly? What settings were you using for SmartBOOST when it felt delayed? How are you determining you're always on that low ping server?
  10. It can be tricky getting 2 of the same console open for the same game. What firmware version are you on currently? UPnP relay should be taking care of it
  11. That's fine, you don't need to know what it means, if you don't connect the switch but then connect other devices and then grab the logs please it will be a good comparison
  12. If you answer the above questions I can potentially provide some tips that may help or things that may be worth experimenting with
  13. I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there and see if the experience is any better for you https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  14. Thanks for the report, a cloud update can fix that, I'll pass it on to the team to look into when they're back in the new year
  15. If you have legitimately bad routing to game servers then yes I expect it would - this is usually the case in countries where there aren't as many servers to choose from (basically anywhere outside the US/EU), if you're within the US/EU then the benefits may not be as great, really depends on your ISP.
  16. I'll leave a message with the team to check when they're back in the new year
  17. You can PM it, just make sure to post here when you've sent it
  18. Thank you, do you get similar entries when other devices are connected to the router?
  19. This is the latest XR500 update
