Yes it does work but also keep in mind hit detection isn't the purpose of the feature, it's to ensure all devices can use the internet without impacting each other and you can prioritize gaming/devices which will give you a better experience. Is the ping still low when using it? Experiment with how you're prioritizing it, e.g. the device itself, gaming, selecting the game, call of duty content etc

Unable to connect to Los Angeles servers

That's a good idea, remove any potential factors and test again! I'll reply there -
Not sure what you mean, so it is getting you a game and a server? Are you seeing an icon within your radius when playing?

You don't need to do the expert version of SmartBOOST really. You only have 1 device to prioritize. Prioritize in addition Call of Duty and Call of Duty Content and see if you notice a difference

How have you setup Congestion Control exactly? What settings were you using for SmartBOOST when it felt delayed? How are you determining you're always on that low ping server?

If you answer the above questions I can potentially provide some tips that may help or things that may be worth experimenting with

I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there and see if the experience is any better for you https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

Crunchyroll data incorrectly shows up as TikTok

Thanks for the report, a cloud update can fix that, I'll pass it on to the team to look into when they're back in the new year -
If you have legitimately bad routing to game servers then yes I expect it would - this is usually the case in countries where there aren't as many servers to choose from (basically anywhere outside the US/EU), if you're within the US/EU then the benefits may not be as great, really depends on your ISP.
