  1. It's not specific to that game that it's not stabilizing, it's just that it won't be able to stabilize every single game/server, keep checking and it may stabilize
  2. Great to hear that! If you leave the VPN enabled it will likely time out eventually so I'd suggest just disabling it after you've finished and then enabling it again when you play. Switching the method by which you access the interface though won't affect the VPN being enabled. You can set it and forget it for the most part if you'd like to yes
  3. I'll check in with the team and see if they can do this on Monday
  4. Understood thanks, I assume this isn't an issue if you don't have the devices in a sleep mode, you just then get the initial delay when turning them on instead. Have you tried the new version to see if it still occurs?
  5. Do you know what the model the modem is so I can have a look into it? It should have a sticker on the underside if you're not sure
  6. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  7. Please grab the logs when it happens. What do you mean the Geo-Filter doesn't work?
  8. I have given you Early Access, please see if the firmware there resolves your issue: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

  10. What is the R3 connected to that allows it to get internet?
  11. That's not how it works really, what is it you're trying to achieve exactly? Also, what is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  12. See how it actually performs rather than focusing on the results of a test that don't saturate your connection
  13. No worries, that's what I'm here for, put number 1 in the first box and then you're good
  14. I've chased the team again but I doubt it, we've been having some issues with the cloud we need to sort out
  15. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  16. You'll need to delete it from HVPN, go to Device Manager, change it to a PC then you can add it and make those changes
  17. I'm not following, if you've just booted your device and there is a 15 second delay, how is it disconnecting you when working from home etc?
  18. Good to hear, let's hope it continues! As long as you've fine tuned it based on PingPlotter then regardless of what the site says you'll be good.

  20. That's the unique ID for a specific server yes - good to hear, keep us posted!
  21. I can't recall, does HVPN have the option for Wireguard on that version/router? If so could you provide the config you're using please with the keys taken out?
  22. Yes this is because you're making a direct connection, either to them specifically or to a chat server
