  1. We *think* we know what the problem may be, we'll be pushing a cloud over the next few days that should hopefully resolve it.
  2. If you can't connect those devices to the R2 then keep in mind the R2 can't control them and so they can take bandwidth away from the router and other devices which can case high ping and lag so ideally you'll connect them to the R2. I think iOS has the PingPlotter app that you can use, otherwise any sort of app on Android where you can ping an IP address consistently (just search PingPlotter on Google Play store and use the highest used alternative it suggests). Then you can follow the steps I mentioned previously as it's unlikely 50% is performing well for you.
  3. Is it just the phone having the issue or others as well?
  4. You posted in the R2 support forum and didn't mention another router but as you're on the R1 you won't get DumaOS 4 so you'll have to do the step 1 I mentioned. Did the problem occur after making any specific changes to the router settings?
  5. It won't always be able to stabilize, especially if it can't ping the server properly - in the above example if you click on the server and the ping method shows traced then that will be why.
  6. Could you make a video of what you're doing and showing it failing if possible?
  7. Thanks for the report, it sounds like the Finals service needs to be updated, I'll let the team know. In the meantime that workaround will work just as well.
  8. As above, it doesn't support this feature
  9. Good advice, let us know how you get on! Another option would be to get extenders or an AP to extend the range.
  10. What does that mean exactly? Instead of telling us to fix a problem you haven't explained, let us know what it is and then we can either fix it or tell you how to fix it.
  11. No not specifically, it depends how busy they are, the workaround will work just as well for the moment.
  12. What does the ping method say for the server, is it traced? If so that is likely why as it may not be able to calculate the proper ping to then apply a delay.
  13. What is the model of the modem? You still have IPv6 enabled.
  14. Very good to hear, thank you for the update!
  15. You are using another modem/router above the R3, how did you set it, in modem or bridge mode or did you put the R3 in its DMZ? Please take a screenshot of what you did.
  16. If you answer the above I can best advise
  17. That's what I'd suggest yes. Regardless of the ISP router you use you won't be able to force the servers so you'll have a use for the Geo-Filter at the very least but there are more exciting features coming so always worth holding on to!
  18. So the only thing that would struggle is Congestion Control - assuming you don't have all devices connected to the R3. If you do connect ALL devices to the R3 and have the R3 in the ISP router DMZ for example then there wouldn't be any issues.
  19. You didn't follow the steps from my last message
  20. Not heard anything further but they'll be working on it
  21. It is more difficult to get an Open NAT with multiple consoles but should be possible regardless of the router you use. It may not necessarily be the source of the disconnections either. Can you provide the logs for when the disconnect happens please?
  22. That's fine with what you've done, continue to monitor it and let us know how you get on
