Is it the WAN IP of the R3 you have in the Huawei DMZ?
-
I'm still seeing you have IPv6 enabled but if you could grab the log again when it happens please

Why are my priorities not showing online?
Netduma Fraser replied to Mach3r's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You don't need both really, disable port forwarding, does it work more consistently then? Are you adding the device to the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game or prior to booting the console? -

Use the radius mode instead of the polygon mode and check if it works better then please -
CALL OFDUTY BLACK OPS 6- UNABLE TO CONNECT TO HOST
Netduma Fraser replied to Satiros's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Can you explain more about what is happening please, e.g. you search for a game but then it stops, you're in a game playing and you disconnect back to the lobby, the game ends then disconnects you back to the lobby -
Reserve the IP for the PC if you haven't already and disable IPv6 for LAN/WAN on the R3, does that prevent the issue?

@Mushiiipeas an update to the cloud was made in the last few days so that should be fixed now if you want to re-upgrade -
Can"t acces dumaOS on ISP router WIFI
Netduma Fraser replied to blackfatal's topic in Netduma R3 Support
No that's not possible you have to be connected directly to the router via ethernet or WiFi. You could enable WiFi, split the bands, disable 5GHz, then disable broadcast of 2.4GHz so it doesn't appear in WiFi lists and connect manually and then whenever you want to access it you can join it -
In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for the gaming device and see if it continues please.

If I've missed a comment just comment again and I'll see it. Also someone asked for access in your topic and I added them so you can see you only need to ask for access and it will be given. I've added you now. -

Double check the IP on your PS itself is the same as the IP it shows for the device you think it is in the Device Manager, do they match? Are you leaving the console in an instant on/standby state? -
That's super weird but glad to hear that resolved it, thanks for the update! No worries!

Logs from the troubleshooting page, not the VPN log
-
I don't think there would be anything on the router blocking it specifically, it's created a tunnel between you and the VPN server. Could you enable it again and then get the logs from the troubleshooting page please?
-
Try changing All activities to something specific like web, then check if you have internet on the device, then check if the IP has changed on an IP check site

NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
We've made a change so resync again and hopefully it'll work now -
The log seems to indicate it has connected fine, have you made any changes to the network settings on the devices themselves or made any other rules for the devices on the router?

I'm checking currently and will come back to you -
I'd go with option B so everything can be controlled by the R3 and you'll get the most out of it then you can do whatever you need to behind to have far reaching WiFi
-
That's correct Congestion Control will be disabled prior to SmartBOOST being disabled. Presumably they set it before disabling it but then it wouldn't take affect anyway.
-
As above you don't want to deny it, you want to allow it, that was the purpose of disabling the Geo-Filter to see if anything was trying/able to connect that wasn't when the Geo-Filter was enabled. Let us know if it works better after allowing it.

Xr500 geo filter unable to add device
Netduma Fraser replied to Vipeeeer's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Glad to hear you got that aspect sorted. What game is this you're playing? How do you have your Geo-Filter set - can you provide a screenshot?
