  1. Looking at some of your post did you ever try nmrpflash the router?
  2. @LucretiaFor the Factory reset just locate the Reset button on the back of your router. With the router powered on, use the pointed end of a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds. Wait for the router to fully reset and power back on. If still persist then try doing a reboot and or using a browser in incognito mode as it may just be a cache bug.
  3. The latest FW is this one after upgrading perform a factory reset to note you need to install it manually as netgear isn't pushing it via server https://kb.netgear.com/000066026/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-72
  4. @Netduma FraserIs there a specific section were you can provide ID's for Steady Ping for them to get compatibility quicker? As Apex Legends doesn't seem to work with it at all which is sorta disappointing as it one of the top 3 battle royales. https://gamesight.io/leaderboards/battle-royale-games
  5. @swippurIt more or less so though reality is it fails majority of the time so it needs to be worked upon.
  6. @Proud R3 OwnerTrue but are you going to be using more than 4 gaming devices at a time? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Technically what they could do is make it were it applied to all gaming consoles and if your on PC you would need to add it manually as PC's can be categorized for different uses not just gaming so it a bit harder to be applicable but I get your point of view but as you can see that would clearly take time to develop if they were to develop a whole dashboard. It would be ideal to have it but it be time consuming to make though I could be wrong...
  7. @Proud R3 OwnerI mean they could but it not like it would give you any benefit outside of gaming not only that it would be a waste of resources in my opinion.
  8. @Netduma FraserYeah I thought so as I was confused I was about to point out the fact that it was being applied to all devices.
  9. @Netduma FraserHey Fraser quick question is Steady Ping supposed to be applying to all the devices on the network or is it specific to detected gaming devices or lastly the devices that you apply to the geofilter?
  10. @MercsRampageWell then look at the map(Geofilter) when your booting up the game and you should see the server locations and set your radius to the closest one which should be NY if that your lowest as typically the closest is the lowest ping though not always as routing is a thing.
  11. Well did you Set Congestion Control Mode to Always and disable Speed Test Bypass?
  12. @KatatoconusIf it a house and it big then your going to need an access point that nothing to do with the router causing lag that the range of how far the signal goes from the wifi typically only premium routers give you a lot of range but even then there not enough which is why we have AP/access point-meshes exist etc. The R3 from my experience can cover a small apartment more than that and you'll be losing signal like most routers.
  13. Five โ€“ 1 WAN, 4 LAN Gigabit (10/100/1000Mbps) MAX is 1G if you want higher go with asus or tp link though if you don't care much as 1G is more than the user needs then you can get the R3 though do be aware it has bugs though they should be eventually fixed.
  14. Same result it detects the API on the app but once you load to watch a video it becomes uncategorized.
  15. Your DHL Express shipment can take anywhere from 3 to 4 business days for most international shipments. You can check the FAQ section at the bottom for more details https://netduma.com/order/netduma-r3/#tab-faqs
  16. Yeah it bug were your unable to access the UI happens often and there no patch at the moment so only fix is re-initialising the router by powering off
  17. @ajackJust gave you an answer don't have to be so salty about it when it's straight forward there's WPA3 though that won't save you from hackers at the end of the day if your not smart that is...you can only be so secure enjoy your day buddy.
  18. @ajack What are you talking about? If they have access to the network it wouldn't matter if you have https for the login of your router as they would've already bypassed the security at that point...I don't believe there such option as that typically done by the manufacturer. Motorola does the same and this is there explanation which makes sense to an extent. To note there no perfect network even nasa get's hacked so there only so much you can do.... Quote There is no risk unless your computer is comprised with a virus. As far as through the wifi.. its technically possible? But extremely unlikely. In my opinion, someone would have to have the knowledge, resources, and be physically at your location when you are accessing the admin page at that moment to grab that information over the air. They would have to break through the WPA2-PSK with AES wireless encryption to even start looking at the information. It's likely not worth the energy, and people of that caliber have better marks for profit.
  19. @SamT98After any upgrade or downgrade factory reset the router I suggest doing it from the interference if possible.
  20. @rvndoIf that was the case activision better be ready to lose quarter of billion dollars ๐Ÿ˜‚ I know there investors would be so happy
  21. @SamT98Are you applying the correct IP that the router has already given the PS5? So it should be 192.168.77.1XX and as for the default gateway 192.168.77.1
  22. @SamT98I would guess because you don't have a static IP set on the PS5 in the settings (You have to set the IP manually/advanced settings)the router is changing the IP and therefore there a conflict/error.
  23. You can look at stats for nerds as it gives you more information. One thing to note you have to be in a match for it to be detected and if the game isnโ€™t on the list then it not supported you can check the list by clicking add on smartboost and selecting gaming.
  24. Heโ€™s on the R2 not R3
