  1. It most likely that there was some sort of loop within the network which is rare but it seems that it is in your case an issue am not sure how NG does the STP but it can be just the fact it enabled by default rather than it being disabled.
  2. Did you reboot the modem box? It can just be the fact that it hasn't received the WAN IP/modem box hasn't refreshed it therefore needs a reboot. If that doesn't work update to the latest version https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LVrVjhOSJCl2eTj0wh8_Erw9ti986vzD/view and check if that works. After updating Go to Settings>Troubleshooting>Factory Reset
  3. Using a VPN to access a router/modem UI directly always comes with issues so I advise to disable when tweaking settings.
  4. @LyzarcInteresting I might try it myself however I do believe MW3 isn't detected on the DPI correct me if I am wrong but does it show gaming category active when your playing the game?
  5. If you want to identify which one is which when putting them on Geofilter just rename the devices under device manager you can also double check the IP by going to your PS5 network settings.
  6. @stejinn7Disable Geo-latency
  7. @Netduma FraserAnother log to add to the collection R3_2024-02-24T22 31 51.175Z_logs.txt
  8. It called routing pal if your ISP gives you a bad route then your out of luck except if your on a pc you can force route by using programs like exit lag/WT Fast etc. Alternatively you can use a vpn though it not available on the R3 at the moment and it might not take the quickest route either so it a gamble.
  9. @Netduma Fraser So were they able to access it? Looking at my inbox wouldn't you need the wan IP to access, it hasn't been read so I would assume you don't have it or gave the incorrect one. To add about the wan becoming disabled you can add the mtu causing the same issue after reverting to default.
  10. Looking at the notes there no changes just a security update…..got my hopes up for a second
  11. @Netduma FraserYeah that fine if it means solving issues temporarily till it gets sorted.
  12. @Netduma FraserJust a little heads up the crashes have been happening a little more frequent so if guys are gathering data the WAN IP hasn't changed. I say this because it hasn't been read on inbox etc. Log in the bottom after rebooting R3_2024-02-20T23 27 15.560Z_logs.txt
  13. Would guess manufacturer defect you'll just have to wait till you get a replacement by Fraser/Netduma.
  14. Try clearing cache or use incognito and check if it appears
  15. @Netduma Fraser Yo any updates?
  16. @Netduma FraserGotcha so should I perform a reboot or give you time to check? I left it as it is as of currently I'll be back by the afternoon so let me know etc.
  17. @Netduma FraserIronically it just happened again but as I was doing so I got a log few seconds after 0215 (1).mov R3_2024-02-16T01 08 24.996Z_logs.txt
  18. @Netduma Fraser Alright so I just want to clarify that it is working as intended as of currently as this happens randomly like it can be working fine for a whole week and then it occurs etc and I can't provide log of course do to the inability to acess the UI at the time of the loop. So what I'll do is update you when this crash occurs and leave the router on during that time as am still able to use the internet and you can guys can check whether your able to bypass it and get a log etc. Check DM's give me an update whether your able to access it first though just in case.
  19. @Netduma Fraser So I already had IPV6 disabled on both LAN & WAN from the beginning the router works it just randomly happened a couple times were the UI became inaccessible. To add I still have internet connection when this does occur however you lose access to QOS. To note I have MB8611 so there wouldn't be any additional steps other than enabling remote access and giving you the wan IP correct? The footage below is when it did occur I captured it just to showcase that was a few days ago though...you can also see the app just giving an internal server error. 0215.mov
  20. To be realistic don't expect a vpn to be detected accurately it common sense that the traffic is encrypted therefore it won't be detected accurately if ISP's had the ability to do so that would be the worst thing possible as they would definitely throttle your connection.
  21. @Netduma FraserJust a little heads up I've also been having the wheel of death loop I did try http://dumaos & http://192.168.77.1 temp fix is rebooting from power source. If there's anything else you'd like me to try next time I get it let me know...
  22. Definitely a bug I suggest factory resetting from the menu and check back again if it appears
  23. The suggestions below should help if you are continuing to connect to servers outside of your radius. * Disable GeoLatency * Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) * Enable Strict Mode * Disable Fast Search Then restart the game if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and check again. Just to clarify the only way you can change regions is by using HVPN which isn't available at the moment technically yes you can find a match in another region but you'll be waiting indefinitely. To note looking at your radius it is extremely small which I don't recommend preferably anywhere between 150-500 miles if your using radius from your own location. The only game were you can set your radius on the ocean is cod and that if your using ping assist to get a low ping server of whatever you set your ping assist.
  24. @TheMW2Ghost Here a guide read the instructions https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058989/wireless/intel-killer-wi-fi-products.html You can just use this tool to find the optimal channel https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=abdelrahman.wifianalyzerpro&hl=en_US&gl=US
