  1. Sorry about that, we're pushing an update today that should resolve that.
  2. Apologies this issue has taken so long to resolve, I'll follow up with the team now and see where we are with it. Last I heard we were able to replicate it but unforunately it's quite a complicated issue to resolve.
  3. Sure thing, yes if it gets to that point I don't see why we won't be able to send a new one out to you.
  4. Sorry to hear the beta firmwares didn't work out for you, we are still working on the 3.0 beta so there will be new versions and eventually a full release. Unfortunately it's difficult to give an ETA as to when this may be, but we are working hard at it!
  5. Do you have another router that you can run behind the R2 as an access point and have all Wi-Fi devices connect to this? This will allow us to test if it's Wi-Fi/DHCP that could be causing the disconnections.
  6. Do you have Share excess enabled in the Bandwidth Allocation Menu? Also, do you have any custom distribution configured in Bandwidth Allocation or is it just equally distributed?
  7. If you reboot the router, is this error cleared?
  8. We're working on it! Unfortunately as these are changes server-side it's hard for us to work around, we're currently testing but I don't yet have an ETA for a fix.
  9. Hey! Not just yet, we're always working on it though so shouldn't be too long hopefully. Are you experiencing any issues with the current firmware?
  10. Go to QoS -> Traffic Prioritisation -> Add device -> Select your iPhone and then 'Advanced' and use the below config: Source: 1-65535 Dest: 1-65535 Service: TCP&UDP Let us know if this solves the problem and we can then consider what a more elegant solution might be.
  11. Could you add a rule to Traffic Prioritisation for the iPhone and see if this helps?
  12. Is this issue just limited to the iPhone or are all devices getting this? With QoS on and Adblocker off, do you get the same problem?
  13. Awesome, thanks for the update. Sure so continue with static IPs for now until we're able to resolve this!
  14. @BERNARDINO DE AGUAS That's something we can solve through a cloud update, we'll hopefully be able to push that today.
  15. Enter 1 in the start field and 65535 in the End field
  16. When in a game, could you please click on the icon that appears on the Geo-filter map and scroll down, what does it say the ping is here? Is this number drastically lower than the one you're seeing in-game? If so, the indicate server load, you may need to force a different server to see if you can get a better connection.
  17. So in Geo-filter, while you're actively connected to that server, it will tell you beneath the map what the current ping if for that server. Does it say 56-78 as you mentioned? Or does it also say 100ms+?
  18. OK great, thank you. If that occurs again you may just need to reset distribution, I think you'll notice it after making changes to Bandwidth Allocation. So that table looks fine, are there any devices connected to the Arris or is it just the R2?
  19. Fortnite has a lot of servers and with our current systems they can frequently get bundled together like this. Our new tool should do a much better job of geo-locating these. Thanks! I'll pass this on.
  20. That's interesting, we'll give that a test and see if we can replicate this. Are you testing the channel widths with QoS fully disabled? Not that this should make a difference, but just to rule it out.
  21. Unfortunately not, it's a complicated problem that's occurred as a result of changes on Bungie's end, so it's hard for us to work out how we might be able to get around it.
  22. Could you please go to device manager and in the options, switch to table view. Could you then send us a screenshot of the top table please? In Bandwidth Allocation, do you have 'Share Excess' enabled? If you click 'Reset distribution' instead of fully disabling QoS, do the YouTube videos then buffer OK? Does this issue occur while you're gaming, or all the time?
  23. Cuando estás en este juego de ping de 100 ms, ¿qué dice Geo-filter que es tu ping?
  24. Is this with the modem in bridge mode or is it not in bridge mode with the R2 IP in the DMZ? Could you perhaps send an updated screenshot of your QoS settings if you've changed them at all?
  25. OK great, let us know if it continues.
