Apex legends will not work with Geo Filter
Netduma Liam replied to sikpup's topic in Netduma R1 Support
What firmware are you currently using? We are currently testing Apex as I type this so rest assured we haven't given up on it! -
@K0NSPIRACY @SETi-D @Kfetish Are you guys all experiencing this after upgrading? Did you all factory reset after the upgrade? If you downgrade, are you seeing the same results?

Sorry to hear that, how are you resetting? You'll need to hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds rather than pressing it. -
ANNOUNCEMENT: The Netduma R2 is here
Netduma Liam replied to Netduma Admin's topic in News & Announcements
The R2 does indeed use a dual core CPU, you can see the tech specs here: https://netduma.com/order/netduma-r2/#tab-additional_information -
With CoD you won't see players on the map unless they're you're friends and you've manually allowed them, or if it's as Fraser said, a peer icon for a server.
-
Hmm OK, yeah try the reset and let us know where that gets you.
-
So you're only seeing this in PES? I believe it's just misclassified as Fraser mentioned, it looks as though it's working as expected still.

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Liam replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
Apologies for the delays, we're actively working as fast as we can to work bugs out of the beta release but unfortunately these things take time to recreate, understand and fix. -
Geo Filter not working for Destiny 2 Pc
Netduma Liam replied to Glitch x2's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I've just chased this up with the team, we're still working in it. Sorry for the delays, it's really difficult to work around these things when changes are made on the server side, but we'll keep at it. -
Xr1000 devices keep disconnecting
Netduma Liam replied to VVarrior's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Sorry to hear that! If you disable SmartConnect and join the 5GHz channel, do you see any improvement? -
Theoretically yes, but it can vary. Give that a go and let me know if it works!
-
Could you provide a screenshot of you Geo-filter configuration?
-
I don't have any experience with Google Fiber personally, but hopefully some other members of the community have
-
That's interesting, so you're still connected to the R2 via one of it's four LAN ports? Have you tried with both the IP (192.168.77.1) and http://dumaos/?

Are the drop less frequent than before or has changing DHCP lease time made no difference? You can see our returns terms here: https://www.netduma.com/terms

XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Liam replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Thanks for trying! Type 2 on a Playstation is good, it just means the console is aware of the upstream router but by all accounts it should mean your NAT is open, is it showing this on all consoles? -
We are looking at implementing VLAN support as soon as we can, but it's not available yet unfortunately!
-
It's essentially how long it will take for an IP to expire at which point the router will assign a new one. Sorry I've edited my previous comment, realised that we already knew you had interface access
-
If you go to your command line and enter 'ipconfig', what does it say your default gateway is? Just double check that it says 192.168.77.1

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Liam replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
This occurs when Activision make changes their servers, which recently they seem to be doing very frequently. We have requested a cloud update from the team but I'll mention it again to them! Sorry for any inconvenience. -
Have you set the DHCP Lease time to 168 hours?
