OK, if you reduce your sliders in Congestion Control to around 70% each can you run another Ping Plotter and check the results? Since you've updated, could you please factory reset the XR1000. That should get rid of any low-level code left over from the previous firmware that could cause issues/conflicts.

Welcome to the forum! They've switched to a more server-based matchmaking system so you can load into solo games anymore. You can however still use Geo-filter to ensure you're connecting to the closest server to you for the lowest ping. -
Welcome to the forum! It's on our roadmap to get NHL added so it shouldn't be a problem. Are you playing on console or on PC? We can get it working for you in the meantime?

What's the make and model of the modem? Is it a pure modem or does it have Wi-Fi capability too? You could go to the interface of the modem and see if you can find any settings for PPPoE configuration? -
Welcome to the forum! Thanks for raising your concerns, would you mind letting us know some more information: What browser were you accessing the interface through? Were there any specific sections that were struggling to load, QoS for example? There is new firmware in the works so it will certainly get better with updates, but it'd still be worth us doing some troubleshooting to see if we can get things working better for you in the mean time.

OK, that appears to be a pure modem so that's fine. How many prioritised packets are you seeing approximately, can you send over a screenshot? -

Can you disable all rules in Traffic Prioritisation, then test again on the Xbox? It may be that the Xbox traffic is still being prioritised and therefore superseding the limit set by Congestion Control. -

First things first, could you please confirm if you've factory reset the XR since installing the latest update? If not I'd suggest doing so. Could you also confirm if your connection requires PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers in order for you to get access to the internet? Are both upload and download not affected in the speedtest? Is Congestion Control set to always when you're running the tests? -

If you just disable filtering mode instead of removing the device from Geo-filter, you'll be able to see what server you're playing on without it affecting your game. Try that then you know you can set your filter to that server to guarantee good gameplay consistently. -

Es posible que el cortafuegos esté soltando paquetes en puertos particulares, ¿podría desactivarlo (no se preocupe, el XR también tiene un cortafuegos) y luego vuelva a probarlo? Si no parece hacer una diferencia, puede volver a habilitarlo. -
Glad to hear it appeared to be working, just following up to see if you're still having this problem? We had another user with a similar-ish problem and believe to have resolved it for them. If you're still having trouble please let me know and we can apply the same changes to see if it helps with your issue.

Not quite, set a reserved IP address for your chosen device under Network Settings -> LAN -> DHCP. Tick the 'Reserved IP' box next to your chosen device and give it an IP of your choosing. -
It would be worth opening a new topic, describing your issue in as much detail as possible so we can troubleshoot this with you. I'd also suggest ensuring you're updated to the latest firmware and have factory reset since installing it.

How do you have Geo-filter configured? Are you using a VPN at all? What game mode are you playing specifically, can you connect to this server in any other game modes? -
We're currently beta testing/ironing out a couple remaining bugs for the R2 firmware. We're also internally testing the XR500 and XR700 firmwares currently. It's hard to give an ETA as to when these things will pass testing, it really all depends on if any bugs are found and what kind of time they'll take to fix.

It's just not intended functionality to VPN specific ports from a console in Hybrid VPN, so we don't know how well it'll work. It will be easier to VPN the whole device as Fraser mentions.
