  1. It's certainly up to you how you have it set up, what you could do is do ISP hub > XR (WiFi off) > AX (AP mode). That way all your WiFi devices would benefit from WiFi 6 and all devices would appear as though they are individually connected to the XR so you could control them all with QoS, Geo-Filter etc. Then you get the best of both worlds!
  2. Hey, welcome to the forum! Yes this would work with the XR300 but I would say you'd definitely be missing out on the state of the art QoS that the XR series provides with DumaOS.
  3. Thanks for letting us know, I've sent this straight over to Alex so he can do a cloud asap.
  4. We actually did an update today, it may not have been downloaded to your router yet so go to the Geo-Filter Map options and flush the cloud. Do this while the console is completely off. Then boot the console/game and see if those servers have been fixed.
  5. Judging from the first post of the topic you could try these rules:# Source 3074-3076 destination 30000-45000 udp rule 1 Source 30000-45000 destination 3074-3076 udp rule 2 Source 3074-3076 destination 3100-3500 udp rule 3 is probally not needed but you can exeriment yourself to see if it helps Source 3100-3500 destination 3074-3076 udp rule 4 is probally not needed but you can exeriment yourself to see if it helps
  6. The fix has been applied, you should now be able to upgrade.
  7. Tomorrow is more likely when the majority of the team is back to work.
  8. I see you've got a topic about this so will respond there and then you can post back here when we get it sorted.
  9. Apologies I'll chase them on this and try to get it down this week.
  10. We learn't a long time ago that deadlines don't work and often lead to disappointment when we have to extend this. So we now don't give any deadlines.
  11. Welcome to the forum Chris! Glad to hear you were able to setup the DMZ. I'll get one of the team to do this when they can.
  12. Yes, there is good news incoming and we'll be releasing another feature announcement this week.
  13. That looks like it must be it, have you put it in the form so we can move it in the next update?
  14. If you use AP mode then you won't be able to use any of the DumaOS features so I wouldn't recommend enabling that. You should be able to have decent WiFi without using this mode, are you having WiFi issues?
  15. A factory reset definitely should have fixed this. Did you have a device manually added to the feature that you've either deleted, renamed or done something with in Settings? If you reconnect that device/give it the old name then it should work again.
  16. If you're referring to Warzone we haven't tested it yet, is anything appearing blocked when you get a host? It really depends on what your settings are so would suggest making a topic and we can go more in depth there.
  17. What does the ping say on the Geo-Filter? - That is a true ping to the server. The in game ping includes things like processing delay etc which all games have, if this is really high then it indicates the server is under load.
  18. No worries, we'll do that as soon as we can and get a cloud out!
  19. It's already got a server that is whitelisted there that should be preventing the booting. Do you see anything blocked when you get kicked? You'd have to look very quickly in order to catch it.
  20. Best way to double check is to use Ping Assist or switch to Spectating Mode and see if you can get put on it. If you find it is mislocated please put it in the form and we'll be able to update the cloud to fix it.
  21. A reboot or factory reset should definitely resolve it as it is quite a common error but I totally appreciate you don't want to rock the boat at the moment.
  22. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing currently please just so I can determine what may be happening.
  23. We'll make an official signup closer to the time but people are using this topic as an informal signup thread for now: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/29487-announcement-the-future-of-dumaos-version-30
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! Routerlogin.net is a local URL used as an alternative to access the interface instead of the LAN IP. As it is a local URL it cannot be accessed using the internet - if you try to connect to it using a non Netgear router it will redirect to an internet URL instead. You can disable Auto Updates from Settings > Administration. Do you still have the original issue?
