  1. No it doesn't have MU-MIMO. There should be no problems on that front using the R1 as long as QoS is used.
  2. Hey, welcome to the forum! Is this after picking a game to ping or just as soon as you go on the page?
  3. If you see it again let us know, if it happens again try unpinning the panels and pinning them one by one and see if one of them causes the error on the dashboard.
  4. Entirely up to you, I'd recommend just leaving it enabled, unless you need the DHCP lease to renew more often.
  5. Where did you see that latest error, on the Geo-Filter or on another page?
  6. That is why it is in beta so we can find and fix any bugs that are found.
  7. I've replied to your topic so we'll be able to help you there.
  8. Yes he is, I have chased him so hopefully on Monday it will be done. Sorry for the delay.
  9. Sorry about the delay, I'll chase Alex again.
  10. What is your Netgear community username?
  11. No, could you send a link please as I highly doubt that's the case.
  12. No it isn't, we're all still working. It takes a lot of work to make it work on other router architecture. We will get it out as fast as possible. I've tried to boost you up the list. Hey, good you? As it's not available yet I can't boost you or give you a download link right now. As soon as it is available we'll try to get as many people on as possible.
  13. I've sent you a PM, see if that improves the WiFi for you.
  14. Try this firmware and see if it resolves your issues: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vklzjkftpdcd01t/DumaOS-R2-RC5-Production-3.0.129-100820.sig?dl=0 To update: Download the file above, open DumaOS, click the three dots in the top right corner, choose update, upload the file you just downloaded, and wait a few minutes while the R2 restarts.
  15. Once it is available for the XR700 we will let people know immediately.
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! Netgear decide on sending out the invites so very hard to say, it is a waiting game.
  17. Understood, we still need to do some cloud updates to adjust locations. It would probably be easier to add the games you're playing to heatmap rather than make icons appear permanently on the Geo. What games are you playing?
  18. Thanks for confirming, this is expected behavior. When you disable QoS completely it lets you know that some features will also be disabled:
  19. Thank you very much @badrisuper I'll pass this on to Alex.
  20. Just to clarify, you're referring to the 'Disable QoS' option within the Congestion Control options?
  21. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  22. That is entirely up to Netgear, we put out a new firmware build last week so hopefully won't be too long.
  23. The Geo-Filter shows the connections it has made at the time and once the connection is no longer active they will disappear from the Geo-Filter. Ping Heatmap can help you with what you want to achieve as it will show all the servers and you can then use this to inform your Geo-Filter settings and force the servers that have the best ping.
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! What firmware version are you on currently? Hi Lee, sorry for the delay, I'll chase Alex for you.
  25. I would suggest upgrading to the hotfix, a bigger firmware will be coming very soon.
