  1. It's the same place you downloaded it from: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
  2. Please put these in the form at the start of the topic otherwise there is a chance they will be missed.
  3. Hey, welcome to the forum! Glad to hear it's working well for you. The LEDs being dimmable/turned off has been requested so we'll see what we can do on that front. I will respond to your topic about that.
  4. Yes because it's a beta. Can you please post in the beta forum with issues that you're having please.
  5. Hey, welcome to the forum! You're on 1.03.6 so you can upgrade straight away http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000085793-upgrading-your-netduma-r1-to-dumaos-from-the-original-r1-firmware
  6. Reinstall if using TFTP & then reset and that will give you the freshest install possible https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP?_ga=2.237452864.1974269107.1598014021-1093648828.1597957637
  7. Are you using the latest build?
  8. Plug the R2 into the Hub, plug a PC into the R2 - go through the setup wizard. Then connect to the hub interface (you can do this while connected to the R2) then setup the DMZ option. Then switch all your devices over to the R2.
  9. @aboodi Beta isn't available for the XR700 at the moment but when it is invites will be sent out.
  10. Do a factory reset after upgrading to prevent any legacy issues carrying over from the previous firmware.
  11. If you're having issues on the XR500 beta please post on the beta forum on the Netgear community.
  12. Hey, welcome to the forum the both of you. I've sent both of you a PM, hopefully that will help to alleviate your issues. As Johnny said above we're working very closely with users and will have a new firmware soon that will fix the issue or help us find out what the issue is.
  13. That is great to hear, really glad you're enjoying it! We did use to have profiles but I don't think many people used them and really there wasn't much difference between them either. 1000km radius is usually recommended for any game.
  14. Sorry to hear you had those issues, we're working on new firmware closely with users at the moment so should be a new one available soon as well. Let us know if the one above resolves your issues.
  15. Give the PC a console device type in the Device Manager then re-add it to the Geo-Filter and select manual. Does it work properly then?
  16. I've PM'd you regarding this.
  17. For the Display history, whatever you have set there were they blocking during that time? If you change the display to 5minutes for example do they disappear?
  18. We use quite a few different ones and sometimes tweak them, not sure if we're using those specifically.
  19. We are working on Overwatch! We'll look into Doom as well, thanks!
  20. Thanks, lets continue in your topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/32153-multiple-xbox-ones-3-and-other-devices/
  21. Thanks for the suggestions, we'll look into getting those implemented!
  22. Not available for the 700 yet but we'll let people know when it is.
  23. Hey, welcome to the forum! We'll let you know once we've applied the fix so that you can upgrade.
  24. Try above 90 as well as below 60, do you see any difference when doing that?
  25. People have requested that we can make them work together so we will be working on that in future. For now it's meant to inform your settings so find a low ping server on heatmap then go to the Geo-Filter and put your radius/polygon around that area.
