  1. Are other devices connected via ethernet getting the same issue? Do you get the same issue plugging it into the different LAN ports? Are the WiFi devices definitely connected to the R3 WiFi? Can you provide a picture of how the back of the router looks with all the cables in it please?
  2. Are you on this update or the Early Access .645 version? If this one, does the .645 version work better? Yes it can be a little unreliable which we're working on
  3. Glad to hear you got it sorted. By playing up do you mean the Device Manager is reporting it offline? If so, unless there is active traffic devices can appear offline even if they're on. If the TV actually has internet and is working then there is nothing to worry about and it would switch to online during active use.
  4. You can set it up through the wizard yes. You need to be connected to the R3 WiFi to continue in the app/with the Setup Wizard, it doesn't matter that it doesn't have internet, you still need to connect to it and complete the wizard. Without completing the wizard you won't get internet access.
  5. Press the button once and then you have two minutes to set another device into WPS pairing mode, does it work then?
  6. You don't need access to the internet to complete the setup wizard so it can be completed even in that situation. Are you saying you've not yet accessed the wizard or you've accessed it but when it tries to connect you're not getting internet? If the latter then you can click advanced then skip and complete the rest of the wizard to get to the interface. Then reboot the VM hub, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3 from the interface 3 dots top right of the screen wait 4 minutes then see if you have internet
  7. So you've successfully completed the Setup Wizard? Did the wizard show it was getting internet at the time? Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN for a connection? - If so did you enter this in?
  8. I can't determine that at the moment but it certainly wouldn't hurt but before that while connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  9. Do you have a PC you can connect via ethernet to the router with? Are you connected to the R2 WiFi when trying to access?
  10. That doesn't really make any sense - take the VM out of modem mode, set the XR with a static/reserved IP on the VM, then set that in the DMZ - that might resolve it anyway as I find sometimes the modem mode implementation isn't as good as it should be and the DMZ works better. Then reboot the XR, verify you still get internet, check to see if you get the same issue, if you do then disable DHCP on the XR again and check
  11. If something on Windows is needed I'll specify, otherwise assume we're talking about router settings. If you're not sure just ask as well.
  12. I can't recall, is there an option to disable DPI where you disable QoS also? (Might be in a later version of 3.0) If it is a cloud problem then it would require a firmware update to get it working on the newer cloud system
  13. Try with http://192.168.77.1 and see if you can access that way please
  14. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  15. What speeds do you get via ethernet? Prior to enabling Smart Connect where you connecting to 2.4 or 5GHz for these tests? If you still have devices connected to the box they can take bandwidth away from the XR.
  16. The router wasn't getting internet or the devices weren't? Disabling DHCP wouldn't affect the router getting internet but it would affect devices if they weren't given a reserved IP. DHCP hands out IPs to devices so with this disabled no devices get an IP address and therefore no internet so it's a must that they have a static/reserved IP set before disabling DHCP. Devices after that that you want to connect you'd need to set a static IP on the device itself first, then when connected you can set it on the router.
  17. Great to hear that, thanks for posting the solution!
  18. Remove device from the Geo-Filter Go to the Device Manager Click on device Click Pencil icon Click PlayStation Controller icon (1st icon, second row) Add PC to Geo-Filter
  19. Ah yes that's right, in that case, double check you have reserved IPs for all devices then disable DHCP entirely, reboot etc then monitor please
  20. Yes "3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager" No that's nothing to do with it, you can change that at any time
  21. All your devices? Extend the lease to 10000 minutes so it gets rid of it in the logs and then grab them again when it happens please. Could you provide more stats on the dropped frames/bitrate you normally get and what you're getting when it's happens?
  22. Are you connected to the R2 WiFi? What appears on the web browser when trying to access?
  23. Set your devices to have a reserved IP address in DHCP, it's quite quick to do, then reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing then see if it continues
  24. What are you seeing exactly when trying to login?
