  1. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  2. If you're using the Geo-Filter disable it, do you get the same issue?
  3. Added
  4. It's just the normal way you access routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1
  5. You'll need to open the file for the server you want to connect to in a text editor, copy the contents and enter it into the config section on HybridVPN
  6. Go to DumaOS in your mobile web browser, does it load with the mobile/app interface that way?
  7. It's unlikely it would work, as I mentioned they've implemented ping limits to stop people doing that. You'd need to get a VPN from a provider that gives you OpenVPN or Wireguard configuration files and then enter the contents of the file along with your VPN credentials into the HybridVPN section on the router (in Settings)
  8. It's likely the cloud, I'll let the team know so they can look into it
  9. In the 10+ years of the Geo-Filter no one has been banned using the router because it's not a way to cheat or anything like that and there is no way for them to specifically determine what router someone is using
  10. Yes I believe it does work for Delta Force, at least it did when we last tested it, if not let us know and we can rectify that
  11. If you're on the very latest router firmware version and the latest app version it should work, what router/firmware version are you using?
  12. Keep in mind that the Geo-Filter purpose is to get you servers close to your location. What you want to do will increase your ping and potentially degrade your gaming experience. Also they've put ping limits in place to prevent people using VPNs so even without a VPN, if your ping is to high to the US then it won't let you in a game. Using the Geo-Filter it may be possible, no need for the VPN, just place your home location/radius in the US and restart the game/client.
  13. Glad to hear that, thanks for the update!
  14. It's very likely the web browser you're using or an extension such as an Adblocker stopping it, try another browser/use incognito mode and see if you can set it then
  15. You'll have to disable Geo-Latency and then it should be better after restarting the game & client
  16. Do you have Geo-Latency or Ping Assist enabled at all?
  17. Looks like there is also an allowed server just outside your radius - did you enable the Geo-Filter prior to launching the game/client? Did you change Geo-Filter settings while on the game?
  18. I'll make the request to the team
  19. Okay so what did 70% & 80% give you, i.e. 5% either side of the best value you saw
  20. That'd be on the Verizon router so I can't give you specific instructions on how to do that but they should be in similar locations to where they appear on the R3. If not, lookup the model of your router and it will show in the manual
  21. There should be a sticker on the underside of it with that information
  22. I can see the internet definitely went out this time. On the Verizon router give the R3 a static/reserved IP address and also make sure that IP is in its DMZ, then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and monitor from there
