Depends how big your radius on the Geo-Filter is but nearby search is what I suggest you try first

BT Fiber Xr500 Slow
Netduma Fraser replied to mnequest's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Hello, welcome to the forum! Are ALL devices connected to the XR router or do you still have some connected to the BT hub? You'll need to put the XR WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the BT router DMZ and that will help as well. -
xr1000 firmware
Netduma Fraser replied to rogerb45365's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Development and testing don't follow deadlines well, if there is a bug it has to be fixed then re-tested, that being said we're pretty close for the new firmware and that should have Hybrid included. -
We have a new app update almost out and I believe it should resolve the issues for you both, there are quite a lot of fixes.
-
I think Liam means if you can use that method in the meantime without the issue occurring then please do until the next version resolves the issue for you. Thanks for the suggestion!

DCS to Telstra Game Optimiser list
Netduma Fraser replied to Noel's topic in Telstra Internet Optimiser support
You wouldn't want to use the Geo-Filter with it, if everything is working what are you hoping to achieve exactly by adding it to Optimizer, better performance for example? -

Hello, welcome to the forum! Are you referring to the Geo-Filter or Traffic Prioritization for example? -
R2 and BT Smart Hub guidance
Netduma Fraser replied to One Pint Johnny's topic in Netduma R2 Support
You would put the R2 WAN IP (found on the R2 System Information page) into the DMZ on the BT Hub. It is safe to do as the R2 has its own firewall. -
XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It could be another device, it's an electronics manufacturer that supplies lots of different companies so it could be any device really, easiest thing would be to check the MAC on each device. That won't do anything I don't think. -

XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Try to disconnect/identify the TVs or printers you have online please. Was the disconnect during that log you provided there? -

Setting up XR100 w/ Edge Router?
Netduma Fraser replied to Ivanbad's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
You'll probably want to put the XR WAN IP found on the System Information page into the Edge DMZ to avoid a double NAT scenario but other than that you should be good! -

Setting up XR100 w/ Edge Router?
Netduma Fraser replied to Ivanbad's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Either or should be fine really, it shouldn't make much difference in terms of performance
