  1. Of course, all you need to do is sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  2. As above, that is the most likely cause, it's also not a good idea to port forward every port to a singular device
  3. From what I can see there are just 1 or 2 issues from the latest build we're investigating so it really shouldn't be long at all now
  4. Either one will work, it's entirely up to you!
  5. Hey, welcome to the forum! It'll be hard to diagnose this I think without you being around when it happens - for example is the interface still accessible when it happens? Are ALL devices unable to get internet when this happens or is it just the work at home device? Try disabling the Work from Home Traffic Prioritization option and see if that helps at all.
  6. Could you give us an insight into the settings you're using currently, then we can nudge you in the right direction. You could also have a look at our optimal settings guides which will help: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  7. I'm going to try and get someone to update it today but also keep an eye on the download site for the XR1000 https://www.netgear.com/support/product/xr1000#download
  8. So the traffic type is based on how you're connected, if you're using ethernet/wired connection for the console then select Normal. If you're using WiFi use Gaming/Voice. You can enable Apply to WAN as if your ISP supports priority tags then you'll see an extra benefit but if they don't you won't see a negative impact having it enabled.
  9. Understood, what are the devices specifically that are having this issue?
  10. Would definitely recommend utilizing it for Upload at the very least as the speeds are low but if you're a frequent downloaded then utilize it for Download as well
  11. Ping Heatmap shows servers that we were able to detect at the time of testing, they change servers quite frequently so it may not always show every server. The Geo-Filter shows any connection at that time which is why you can connect to it.
  12. Generally when queue times have increased it's because you're not covering enough servers/the servers you are covering may not currently be available. If you're going to use Ping Assist exclusively like the top screenshot up it to 40ms, if you're going to use polygon mode like the bottom screenshot cover half the US. Then see if the queue times have improved.
  13. We don't give out any ETAs as they're always subject to change and when we have given ETAs in the past and have missed them people get very annoyed so we don't do that anymore. Soon is really the most information I can provide based on my knowledge of how far firmware is progressing, if it's going to be over 6 months for example I wouldn't say soon. I'm not saying it's going to take 6 months, that's just an example.
  14. You've already been approved, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  15. Try this config and see if it works please [Interface] Address= 10.14.0.2 PrivateKey= KITKi+7o00rWhNdwZYX3uddQMF5K8iSissyhcgzXE= ListenPort =51820 dns = 162.252.172.57,149.154.159.92 [Peer] PublicKey= DLb7wUFYkOcx5iiNxbNquP5rH+EiQfrdFaQoojskU= AllowedIPs =0.0.0.0/0 Endpoint = pk-khi.prod.surfshark.com:51820
  16. You don't need to change it on the Xbox as well as it gets that information from the router already so you can leave it as automatic
  17. It uses one of the cores for packet acceleration so you won't really ever see any usage data on System Information. The R2 is the latest bleeding edge so the other platforms will lag behind it a bit. I would say the XR500 is more up to date than the 1000 which currently doesn't have HybridVPN or Ping Assist. We do want to bring all the platforms more in line with each other and XR1000 is due to get 3.3 very soon.
  18. Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for posting the solution. Perhaps hold off for the moment as some people haven't been able to downgrade
  19. As above we do use mlabs, people do seem to get slower speeds to them, possibly due to the routing to those servers or depending on the server it connects you to. Use the sites you know you get accurate results from and use those values
  20. Yes that's correct, no but it does ensure your applications/services get the bandwidth they need without impacting other devices
  21. Okay that's good, experiment with Congestion Control and let us know how you get on!
  22. Try different values, every connection is different so you may just need to experiment a little to find what works best for you. How do you have Traffic Prioritization set?
  23. I'm assuming this is on PC so in the Device Manager set your PC as a PlayStation then go to the Geo-Filter add your PC and select the manual option, then see if the above works for you
  24. We're working on resolving that issue, for the moment if you can have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE that will then allow Congestion Control for Upload to work so you can bring down that bufferbloat result
