I keep chasing but it's a hard one, it appears as though everything has been whitelisted and then we can't reproduce it, you seem to be the only person having the issue as well which makes it a harder one to resolve but we're still investigating. Were you on the testers cloud by any chance? As we've removed everyone from that today so if you resync then you'll download the normal cloud again which may help.

I appreciate that you won't get as low a ping as you would hope to if the game doesn't have a server in your country but the Geo-Filter is still useful as it allows you to choose the servers you want to play on and ensure that the game never puts you overseas for example so it will keep you having a consistent connection. A network like that has been suggested before and it may be included in future but I don't think it's coming anytime soon.

  9. You already have the WiFi disabled, that's likely why the mirror mode isn't disabling, do the lights on the router still not disappear after a reboot?
  10. Have you definitely clicked save after the WiFi has been disabled? If not give it a reboot, have the lights gone off then?

  16. That's quite a small range, try the radius (not polygon) with a 1000km range and see if you get better results, set Ping Assist to 0
  17. Are you using Ping Assist exclusively without the radius or with the radius? Ping Assist is an assist, not a limit so it is possible to get higher pings than what you have set. It's better to use the radius only around your location if you don't want the chance of that happening.
  18. We're always working on DPI and with SmartQoS it's even more of a focus so we'll be doing a lot on it
  19. It's quite possible you've got a faulty unit actually as you shouldn't be seeing all those issues, I'd recommend contacting the retailer/Netgear to see if you can get a replacement.
  20. That's fair enough, I can understand why you wouldn't want to do a reset, I do think it's got itself into a weird state and so it won't work without that reset. It's possible re-upgrading the firmware might clear it, you could try that as it would be less disruptive and then if it doesn't work try the alternate methods you mentioned.
