Did you disable SmartQoS by any chance as we do know of a bug where doing so does prevent access. If you access the Smart QoS interface then re-enable it you should regain access, does that work? If so does that then allow the other devices to get internet again?

Okay that'll be due to PPPoE then, it's something we're working on fixing at the moment

Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6 at all? Have you got a custom Traffic Prioritization rule enabled?

There isn't much else I can advise, reboots, resets and re-upgrading are really the only options and waiting at least 5 minutes after each one has been done should eventually allow you to gain access. Try a few more times, if not may be best to go back to the public version for now.

If you specifically prioritize it does it work? If not if you have no priorities/favorites does it work?

Get it working again and before you reboot it (you shouldn't need to reboot too often) disable it and we'll look into the issue

That's the only settings you're changing on the entire router? It only happens when rebooting with it enabled?

Is this on the Early Access firmware? In DHCP Settings, set the DHCP lease time to 168 hours, apply, reboot from the interface and see if it's more stable after that. Change the time back to the normal time from the top right, that may have caused it
