  1. I mean if you manually ping it on the Geo-Filter so disable Auto Ping then click on the server
  2. Interesting, if you manually ping the same server does it show the correct ping?
  3. It is indeed located in Italy, could you just do a factory reset and see if the issue still occurs please?
  4. You'll need to set Ping Assist to 0 as well to force and then it should work if you go through those steps again
  5. The tests on the router do the test from the router itself to those servers whereas with speedtest.net it's doing it from your device to the server and as you're unable to do a wired speedtest and forced to do WiFi that's why it will be a bit lower. Go with the highest number as that's what the router is actually receiving.
  6. Can you provide a full screenshot of the Geo-Filter page please?
  7. Could you provide the ID specifically as the domain name won't always be the correct endpoint
  8. Yeah just any ID that's showing this lower ping than you expect
  9. Welcome to the forum! Done, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  10. Great thanks for letting us know, we can pass that onto Netgear to resolve
  11. The further DumaOS advances the harder it becomes to get it supported on the R1 but we're doing everything we can. In terms of hardware though it definitely should be upgraded if you need better hardware e.g for AC/AX WiFi.
  12. Estamos haciendo versiones para él, así que sí, recibirás una actualización este año.
  13. Exactly as Fuzy said. It will help with QoS and Network Monitor for example, anything that relies on DPI. It will detect the patterns in the traffic to determine what you're doing and then depending on your QoS settings it knows what to do with it or it will simply appear in Network Monitor etc.
  14. Could you provide the ID for that specific server please? It may be mislocated on the map.
  15. Hey, welcome to the forum! Possibly, move your location/radius over just that server and then search, better yet do it this way: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  16. We've not specifically tested the game but it may work right away, with the Nintendo Switch added are you able to filter?
  17. Things like priority boost for example, yes they would work with the R2 as it has the firmware to support it
  18. Interesting, did you factory reset after the update? No it's not possible to see or change the widths
  19. If your setup is modem/router > XR then it's the modem LAN to XR WAN. If you setup is modem/router > XR > another router then it's the modem LAN to XR WAN and XR LAN to the other router WAN. You don't need to disable DHCP in either scenario.
  20. Should still be in the same place, can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you go to Settings?
  21. Great thanks, I'll pass these onto the team to take a look.
  22. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, could you create a new topic so we can focus on you there? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results in that topic please.
  23. Routerlogin.net or the IP address are usually the ones we recommend to use
  24. You have it already, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
