Are you using the Safari browser? If so that will be forcing a HTTPS connection to the interface which may be part of the problem, try another web browser, make sure you're connecting to the interface using HTTP and see if you can access without the crashing. I can't see the video, could you re-upload it please?

SmartQOS on XR1000
Netduma Fraser replied to unknownid's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That's entirely up to you really, I couldn't say if/when it may come to the XR1000 as we're still working on building the feature. -
Add it with the Games Console service and it will definitely prioritize.
-
Remove it from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type then re-add it back to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option, you'll be able to filter then.

Are you getting better speeds via ethernet now? As above for the WiFi speeds
-
Follow this guide and it should resolve the issue: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat

Yeah that's fine, it's just a link local IPv6 address, you can ignore it

Netduma R2 + Virgin Media 1Giga Hub 4

Yes I'll reply to you there -
You can leave it on 10 minutes for the moment. The WiFi losing channels does happen after a reboot unfortunately, best to set it to automatic and then it will choose the least congested channels, we'll get it sorted.

By removing Smart QoS do you mean you removed the favorites or did you disable it entirely? Disable the protection options in WAN Settings and try again please -
First of all clear your browser cache/cookies, then refresh the QoS page, that should get rid of all the writing at the top. Don't worry about the speed benchmark reports, it uses different servers so depending on your location you will get slower speeds but it doesn't mean you're limited to those speeds. Your Ping Test is quite unstable but that's to do with your line/reflective of your connection to the Google servers but regardless Ping Under Load can be brought down to match that. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a Connection Benchmark test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. The goal is to get the Ping Under Load graph to look as much like the Ping Test graph as possible.

What you've done is correct so that's fine, where are you measuring the upload latency exactly? Don't use Auto Setup, we're still improving that so may not always provide the best results. QoS needs to be fine tuned some more. Netduma R2 + Virgin Media 1Giga Hub 4
Netduma Fraser replied to kamilradom1910's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Take the Vhub out of modem mode and put the R2 WAN IP from the System Information page in its DMZ instead please then try again. Also how are you disabling QoS exactly? It should be done from the Congestion Control menu -
That's normal for the moment, I think we'll be removing that entirely as it doesn't really do much other than change the radius size
-
Yes exactly that
-
They do work together, what about the Geo-Filter isn't working exactly?

Problema compartir archivos en red local xr500
Netduma Fraser replied to Prodigio's topic in NETDUMA Español
Set NAT to Open in WAN Settings, this relaxes the firewall, see if that helps at all. The IGMP Proxy and SIP ALG options as well, try toggling those. -

Desactive QoS completamente desde el menú Control de congestión y vuelva a intentarlo. -
Remove your PC from the Geo-Filter if it's already added then give your PC the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (Go to the Device Manager, click on your PC, in the panel that appears click the device type drop down and select PlayStation). Go back to the Geo-Filter, add your PC, then select the manual option when it asks you if you want to choose the recommended or manual option.

FIRMWARE: 3.3.308 Smart QoS (Hit Detection)
Netduma Fraser replied to TODDzillaInLA's topic in Call of Duty Support
No worries, currently it's only available on the R2 while we finish working on the feature -
Yeah it's plenty, games barely using any bandwidth
-
We don't conduct that kind of support, if you follow the tour and the optimal settings guides along with what I advised that'll get you ready to go.
